Influential people are mostly people with responsibility who manage large institutions and delegate responsibility to others. For us to properly balance power and responsibility, we will need to have personal restraint, transparent governance, and moral accountability.

Power is mostly for moral purposes, which is to take control and lead, whereas responsibility is doing what you have been told to do. I strongly agree that great power comes with great responsibility; the greater one has the power to lead or direct, the greater the responsibility of the person.

Yes, it is a true state which hold individual responsible for their own failure. If, as a leader in am unable to manage my responsibility of taking good care of my people, or as a mother I cannot take care of my children, it means I would lose my significance, as people wouldn't give me the respect that I deserve. People will begin to see me as a failure who can't become useful in society.
