What a day

Well, we all wake up and pray our day go as planned and if it must present a surprise, let it be a good one. What would you do if your day didn’t go as planned?

Well, this is not a diary game. This is me ranting about what a day I have had. As I write this, words fail me to explain the details because I am obviously tired.

My day began by 4am with my alarm going off. Well, I did set the alarm at that time because I had an early morning flight to catch. Coupled with the fact that I had slept late last night. I was practically awake till 2am working on some editing.

I slept not up to two hours and was up by 4am to catch a 7:40am flight. How I do not like early morning flights but what can I do?

I got to the airport by past 5am and checked in my luggage and then waited for boarding and take off.

By 7:40, I had gotten to my destination. Little did I know that I was gonna have a roller coaster of a day.

I was supposed to wait for my dad for his flight to arrive by 11am. Waiting for three hours plus at the airport is already a lot.

The flight was shifted to 1pm. Five hours was a lot of time . What would I do only to find out that the flight has also been shifted to 3:20pm.

By 4pm, no words. So I practically spent my entire day at the airport waiting. He’s flight finally arrived by 5pm. I was so tired from lack of sleep and waiting for so long.

I didn’t expect my day to go the way it went but things happen and we get over it. We finally left for our destination when he arrived. Over all it was a great day though not expected. A day spent at the airport waiting.
