The Diary Game: A Rainy And Hectic Day At Work (09/06/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. I will be sharing with you how my day went.

I started my day with morning prayers immediately i woke up. With hope that my sister would cook in the morning before I wake up, but i was disappointed when I saw that she was still in bed when I checked her. I had no choice than to leave to work on an empty stomach, though she later gave me some money to use and get some snacks to eat at work.

When I got to the street of my working place, there's a woman that does pastries and it usually enters my nose anytime I pass that road, so i decided to get some buns there to have as my breakfast. Meanwhile, it rained heavily early in the morning which made only few buses to be on the road, and they charged more than they usually collect because they knew people would definitely enter due to not having choices.

I was actually the one that opened my own office because others came a bit late which was caused by the rain. Of a truth, today was very stressful and hectic due to too much workload, from shooting of content, recording and packaging of clients orders, customizing and branding of items, and it was just as if most of our pending orders were sorted out today.

It rained heavily again for over many hours, that we got scared if it wasn't going to stop before our closing time. On my way home, I stopped at the ATM stand to withdraw some money, because I was already running out of cash.

I got home late due to traffic, that our driver followed shortcut inorder to dodge it, even we ended up still jamming the traffic. I was welcomed by my nephew who was on the door entrance when I got home. I played with him for some minutes before i went ahead and freshened up, then had my dinner because my sister already prepared that. After eating, I had some rest.
