The Diary Game: Celebrating My Manager's Birthday At Work/ Picking Up My Delivery And Getting Something On My Way Home (01/08/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. I will be sharing with you how I spent my day in today's diary session.

I actually didn't know that it was our manager's birthday because I wasn't online due to lack of subscription. When I got to work, I connected to my company's wifi inorder to subscribe with it and also know things I had missed. The first message that popped up on my phone was the birthday wishes of my colleagues to her, which I immediately wished her before continuing with work. After some time, our admin came to our office and told us to contribute some money to use and get her something as a gift for her birthday, which we did and she went and bought a cake. When she came back with the cake, we were busy with work, so she went and presented it with others that were less busy at that moment.

During our break time, refreshments were brought to us by the celebrant. To be honest, i really enjoyed every bit of the food, and it wasas if she knew we were hungry at that moment. We were given food and drink first before backing it up with fish. After some time, cake was also brought to us.

I actually ordered for somethings from shein, though few weeks back which I was told that my package would be arriving in two weeks time. I got notified that it would be arriving soon. I called the courier that the order was given to deliver and informed him of the time i close from work so that he would be fast with the delivery. He really came earlier than I expected and I was happy about that.

I couldn't open the package at work because of how busy i was, so I waited till I got home to do so. I gave a very nice and wonderful review about all the items when I finally opened them because they were exactly what I wanted and ordered and there was nothing to regret about any of them, and the footwear gave a very nice fitting too.

Meanwhile, on my way home from work, i branched at a bokku mart and bought bread because i was really craving for it. When I got home I ate small of it as dinner, and that was.
