Movies always have ways of leaving a last impression on our hearts. Some entertain us, while others inspire us to become a better person, to become stronger and appreciate life more. One of such movie that touches me so deeply is Miracles from Heaven. This movie is based on a true story and it beautifully portrays the power of faith, love, and hope even in the darkest moments.
Miracles from Heaven tells us the story of the Beam family. Their lovely daughter Anna, was suffering from a rare digestive disorder (intestinal obstruction) which always leaves her in severe constant pain. They visited many hospitals and trying different treatments, but nothing seems to improve Anna's condition. sometimes she will be diagnosed of lactose intolerant, and acid reflux, but she wasn't responded to any medications. It was both heartbreaking and inspiring to see Annabelle's parents struggling emotionally, financially and physically, but they refuse to give up on their beautiful girl.
The turning point in the movie comes when Anna had an accident, while having a good time with her elder sis on a tree, unfortunately she falls into a hollow tree. Her Sis ran to their Mom, everyone fears the worst, police, firefighters and Medics were there to help, for 3 hours they've been calling Anna, searching for her but no response until her Mom went to the tree, she hold the tree and pray, Anna was finally found and was rushed to the hospital on helicopter, she survives the fall from 3 storeys without any injuries. Even more surprising, after the accident, she was free, her illness completely disappears. The doctors cannot explain what happened, but the family believes it was a miracle from God.
I love this movie because of its message that we should never lost hope even in situations that seem impossible. It reminds us that life is full of unexpected blessings and that faith can help us endure what ever difficult situations we see ourselves. I couldn't forget the power of prayer, I need to pray anytime and anywhere. The love shared by the Beam family was remarkable, the kids were so supportive and loving, they were willing to let go of their favorite meal to support their sis, it shows the importance of standing by one another during trials. Every time I watch this movie, I am reminded that miracles still happen and that I should not stop believing.
The movie had a positive impact on me, it has strengthened my faith in Jehovah God, especially during difficult times. It reminds me that not every challenge has a quick solution, but with patience, prayer, and hope, I can overcome life's storms.
As a mother, I can relate to the sacrifices parents make for their children. The sleepless night when one of them is sick, they can do anything to make sure their kid is fine. The movie encourages me to remain strong no matter what, trusting in God's timing, and appreciate the gift of family.
My favorite scene is when Anna wakes up after the accident she was living her normal life, no more bloating, no pains and no medication. Her mom was happy and surprise at the same time, so she asked Anna if she's not feeling pain again Anna tells her family that she met Jesus and he cured her, that she's no longer sick. Oh my! It was the joy and relief on her parents' faces for me it always make me emotional. It is a beautiful reminder that God can do whatever seems impossible to humans. Yes with him nothing is impossible!
Miracles from Heaven is a touching movie that teaches us good lessons of faith, perseverance, love, and gratitude. It reminds us to never to give up when life becomes difficult because faith and hope can lead to unexpected miracles.it also shows the important of prayer. It remains one of the most inspiring movies I have ever seen, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a movie that uplifts his/her heart.

After reading your article about the movie ‘Miracles from Heaven, the entire journey of Anna and her family came to life. You have beautifully portrayed the suffering of a child suffering from a chronic illness and the mental and financial strain that the entire family goes through. I think the most powerful aspect of this story is not just the miraculous recovery but also the family’s support of each other during difficult times. The way Anna’s sisters gave up their favorite food and stood by her is truly a great lesson for today. And the mental strength of Anna’s mother as a mother and the scene of going to that hollow tree to pray will touch any person’s heart. In fact, when people do not lose hope even in moments of extreme danger, perhaps some unfathomable blessing from nature or God comes before us. The scene where Anna made a simple confession of seeing Jesus after recovering is truly emotional and a supreme achievement of the entire family’s long-term suffering. In tune with your feelings, I also believe how important it is to maintain patience and faith even in the toughest storms of life. Thanks for sharing a great summary of a beautiful and inspiring movie. I haven't seen this movie, but after posting this review, I feel like I should. I will try to watch it today, InshaAllah.
