ACHIEVEMENT-1: My introduction to steemit

About myself My name is Amari. Amari means “moon” by the way. I’m the second of 3 siblings. I’m a Muslim. I was born and brought up in Lagos state. I can bake a good number of cakes and pastries. I will share pictures later. I love to cook. Exploring with different spices and different flavors of foods are my peak “scientists moments “. I’m 5’9. I speak English, Yoruba and I speak Hausa a bit and I’d love to learn it even better . I recently moved to my first apartment in Ojo two months ago and I stay alone. I think I’m introverted to an extent. I like to brag about the fact that I finished secondary school at 15, that was 2019. Also I turn 22 on the 20th of June, your wishes would be appreciated. I am in the process of starting a parfait and youguurt business in my area. I don’t have alot of friends because I mostly think I can’t keep up anymore(I’ve been friendship dumped quite number of times) Most times cover my hair with a scarf or an hijab. I think it mostly depends on my mood.

If binge watching a good show/series is an hobby then I think that’s my hobby. I love to engage in conversations about almost anything I can contribute to. It feels like my own share of good work. I like to cook also. I might venture fully into a food stand business this year depending on how my plans work.

Educational background I attended Wesley girls high school and Herbert Macaulay girls high school for my junior and senior years. I also have a national dipoma in hospitality management technology from Lagos state polytechnic, ikorodu, Lagos. I don’t plan to further just yet but if I do, it would be a culinary school here in Lagos . Reddish or CMK culinary school are my preferred options to be precise.

How I heard about steemit I came across posts from @megaresigns about steemit some months ago. I finally decided to learn about it and @megareigns is my mentor.

As someone in her early 20s trying to navigate life from scratch in Lagos. Still learning and trying to find her feet with limited resources, I figured it would be interesting to share that process daily with you guys. So expect random rants, gossips, daily updates and life experiences/lesson through my eyes and camera.
