Achievement -1: My Introduction to Steemit

Hello everyone,my name is Austin Mary Barikpena with the username @barikpena. I am a 20-year-old girl from a family of four children. We are three girls and one boy, and I am the second child in the family. I am thankful for my family because they have supported me in many ways.

I come from a loving family of four children. Growing up with my siblings has taught me how to care for others, share, and work together. My educational journey has been interesting. I completed my First School Leaving Certificate in 2020. After that, I sat for my Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WAEC) in 2021. I am currently a Level 200 student at Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic. My time in school has helped me gain knowledge, develop new skills, and prepare for my future career.

At the moment, I am a full-time student. Apart from my studies, I enjoy styling my sister's hair. Hair styling is something I love doing because it allows me to be creative and make people look beautiful. Although I am still learning, I hope to improve my skills with time.

I came about a post on Facebook about steemit, so it was the write up that got my attention and I have to contact the poster which happens to be my mentor . And I know I will not regret this decision.

I enjoy spending my free time doing activities that make me happy. I am a football fan and I like following football matches. I also enjoy cooking different meals, listening to music, watching movies, and playing games. These hobbies help me relax, learn new things, and have fun.

I am grateful for how far I have come in life and for every opportunity to learn. I sincerely appreciate my coach for introducing me to this wonderful platform and for sharing valuable knowledge with me. I believe that continuous learning and hard work will help me achieve my goals.
