Today, I want to share the exact 3-step routine I use, the science behind why it works, and how you can implement it tomorrow morning.
1. The "Zero Screen" Rule (First 30 Minutes)
The moment you wake up, your brain transitions from delta/theta waves to alpha waves. This is a state of high creativity and suggestibility. When you immediately check notifications, you flood your brain with dopamine spikes and stress hormones.
What I do: I keep my phone charging in the living room, not next to my bed.
The benefit: I spend the first 30 minutes of my day in peace, letting my brain wake up naturally.

After 7–8 hours of sleep, your body is naturally dehydrated. Dehydration causes fatigue and brain fog, which we often mistake for "just not being a morning person."
