A Shield Painted Blue: The Protective Nature of Earth's Atmospheric Composition Found in  Quranic Terms

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Assalamu-Alaikum-wa-Rahmatullahi- wa-Barakatuh!

At Surah Al-Anbya (21:32), the Qur'an makes mention of a protecting ceiling over our Planetary Atmosphere. This corresponds to the latest in scientific understanding regarding our Planet's position and functions within the larger Universe. The Earth, together with the Earth's Magnetosphere, provide Life with a Protective Mechanism through a combination of the absorption of Cosmic Radiation from the Sun, the Incinerating of millions of Meteors per day and the ability to regulate temperature to prevent our Planet from Freezing to Death. Without this Protective Canopy, the Earth would look considerably similar to what we see on the Moon. 🛡️🌍
