The Diary Game: (29/7/26) A Day Rainy Day at Work and Visit To Supreme Court To meet With Prospects, Getting Drenched by The Rain

Hi guys good day and welcome to another episode of my diary game with mjeelifestyle, how was your day y'all? Mine was great tho a bit stressful and I got drenched by the rain too. Here's a recap of how my day went but first let me apologize for not being active here in the past three days....I was in a really bad place but I'm good now.
So I woke up early today to get ready for work, I had made some stew the previous day that would last for some days so all I needed to do this morning was make some white rice to go with the stew. My room was in a mess so I swept the room and my kitchen then went ahead to quickly mop it too. When my rice was ready I had my bath first before I proceeded to eat my breakfast, after eating I brushed my teeth because I wanted my breath to be fresh when I'm out.

I got dressed up, strolled out of my street and took a tricycle to work. When I got to work at around 10.16am it was looking very dry as most of my colleagues did not show up today, it's rainy season so yes that is expected as most of them work from home this season.
I sat down with the two colleagues that were available and we made plans on the appointment we would attend to today. We finally decided that it would be supreme court because they had an appointment even though they were not really certain about it being a good time and we didn't know how we would get there because the office driver was also absent today too. We called our team leader and he arranged that the other team leader will take us there using the office vehicle because his bolt order has reached its limit for the month. By 12pm we were on our way to supreme court.

We got there around 12.54pm, signed in and proceeded to locate the clients office. My other colleague had an appointment so I tagged along in other to get new prospects too.
We were five that came, but the two other person's had an appointment elsewhere so they dropped us off and proceeded to their own appointment asking us to call them when we were done so that they could pick us up.
We carried out what we went to do even tho it wasn't successful as our client wasn't in office and the others were busy too.
When we were done, we put a call across to our other two colleagues that we were ready to go and they said that we should wait that they are not done with theirs.
We waited at the supreme court reception for like one hour thirty minutes..... and it was raining so the weather was cold.

At some point I was really tired of waiting, I was super hungry and pressed so I had to ask the security where the restroom is and I was directed. My colleagues later came to pick us up around few minutes to 4pm, as we drove almost close to our office we were met with very heavy rain. It had actually rained and stopped when we were at the court so I was glad not knowing it was still raining heavily at our office area. When we got to the office I didn't want to wait even though my colleague had suggested that the rain would beat me that I should wait, I was just hungry and couldn't wait to get home. I took a cab home and the rain got heavier at some point. I got to my junction and still took a bike to the house and that was when the rain really beat me, I was feeling so cold.

I got home and quickly boiled hot water to have my bath, then proceeded to make something to eat because I was super famished.
I had to go with soup because that was basically what was available, so for dinner I had okra soup and eba. In other words, I skipped lunch today because of work. Spent the rest of the evening just chilling.
