The Diary Game: Doing My laundry, Cooking and Going to Church😇🤗[12-07-2026]

Hello everyone, welcome to another exciting episode of sharing with you how I spent my sunday.

I woke up early this morning, with an unusual joy and excitement because it's not a weekday where I have to been thinking about attending lectures but a day where I go to church to listen to the word of God, because i belong to the religion of christianity.

The first thing i did after i woke up was to head to the washroom to brush my teeth, so i smell fresh and clean for the new day.

After brushing my teeth, I started bringing detergent and arranging buckets with which i will do my laundry.I was supposed to do it on Saturday, since it is a day where 90% of individuals do their laundry, but i am a student and most times lectures are fixed on that day for us, thereby cancelling any plan we have for that day.But that aside, i was able to do my laundry today, i started with sorting out the white from the coloured ones, using a special kind of liquid known as hypo to soak the white outfit separately, in order for it to retain its sparkling white property and then proceeded in soaking the coloured outfits separately on another bowl of water, for some minutes while sorting out the ones that will fade from it.

About 15 minutes later, I started washing the coloured ones, rounded up with them in 30 minutes and proceeded to washing the white ones and rounded them up in 15minutes.I was done with washing all the clothes in 45 minutes because they were not much and I was time conscious because I needed to be in church early.

Due to the fact that I was in a hurry to get to church early, I didn't prepare any breakfast but quickly mushed on biscuits and tea, took my bathe and started dressing up to go to church.Been a member of the hospitality department in my church we had a dress code for today, which is white on brown trousers and corporate shoe.I quickly dressed smartly and headed to church.

I got to church on time, represented my department in church .My department can also be termed as a Love department, we are in charge of showing love to all the members of the church by greeting them with smiles on our face and also asking about their wellbeing.

Today's sermon was interesting, it was all about commitment. The preached taught as on commitment and defined commitment as the decision to remain devoted to christ or the community you find yourself regardless of circumstances or obstacles.

We were also taught on the cost of commitment as a believer as commitment demands sacrifices, obedience and self denial.

I personally learnt a lot from todays message and decided to be committed in any dispensation i find myself.

After the end of todays service, i headed home, took my bathe for the second time, prepared a good meal, read a book and rested before coming to share my days activity on steemit.

In all i am grateful for today and also believed we all had a great day today been sunday, because i did.
