This is one of the vegetables consumed in my locality because of it richness that contain vitamins A, C and K .It plays and important role in the human body when consumed.
Today when I got up decided to eat fresh vegetables from my garden.I have a small garden beside my home thus garden contain a lot of vegetables cultivated such pumpkin leaves , huckleberry and sweet bitterleave .Today I decided to have a taste of my pumpkin leaves in the garden since it’s ready.
This one of the most expensive vegetable in my community because of it nutritional value .cultivating your own pumpkin leaves is the best .This because it is worth its worth trusted and free from chemicals that could harm the body .I visited our farm early morning hours .
The pumpkin leaves look very fresh and healthy.s oft as I imagine how I will consume it after cooking it . This is what I have craving eat , I started having that imagination how delicious it will be after preparing.I had to fixed the stems and leaves sliced it and washed it to be prepared .
I have planned to prepare this delicious pumpkin leaves and eat it with fufucorn . This pumpkin leaves goes well fufucorn . I had my fresh fish , cryfish ,grind Egussi ,magi and salt .In less than no time the meal was ready to be consumed .
The next thing was to prepare my fufucorn in less than 1 few minutes I was done in preparing fufucorn . I had to settle down and served this delicious pumpkin leaves meal to eat .There was not hesitatation as I enjoyed everything in my pan .

Pumpkin leaves played a very important role to human body .Its rich in vatamin A and Kprovide an enough blood to the human body when consumed .It build the immune system and help to give a clear vision of the eye.
It contain vatamins which act as source of calcium by building the body bone .Pumpkin leaves regulate blood pressure and make digestion easy by fighting against constipation. Fighting disease by lowering the rate of cancer and diabetes.
To conclude, From the above explanation about the health benefits of Pumpkin leaves . I will encourage everyone to take as a habit to eat vegetables especially such as pumpkin leaves .Not because of the taste but of it nutritional value.
