The Diary Game [04/07/2026]Attended my uncle’s thanksgiving service after God saved him from a fatal gunshot attack by unidentified gunmen.

Hello friends and family members on this amazing platform.Its a great pleasure for me to share with you people how my Sunday unfolded. My uncle was attacked by unidentified gunmen in his house one month ago. The attacked was so shocking as he was returning from work in his car .While entering the compound five gunmen followed him in his compound .

He was not aware until when the son came to open the gate for him that the gunmen asked him to moved inside the house .My uncle dropped from his car and they surrendered him with guns and when he tried to asked what is the problem There no body responded but started shouting bullet directly to him .

He struggled and ran inside the house but the last bullet cut him from the leg.He shouted with a loud voice and slept down silence .There thought my uncle was death and gunmen ran away.My uncle was immediately rush to the hospital , he spent two weeks of treatment with his leg and he came back home fine . He thought it wise to give a thanks giving service, thanking God for saving his life and giving him another opportunity to leave.

The church thanks giving service was starting at 10am Presbyterian church .I decided not fellowship in my church as I will be attending my uncles thanks gimping service .I went abit late to church as I was trying to put things in order .To see a taxi was not easy.

Later, I arrived church when the church service was already going .The gospel preaching was focused living a righteous life because no one know when he or she can die. The problem is not about death but how we are going to be prepared the day God will called us to his kingdom. We should learnt to show love for one another in the society we live.

During offertory, we got a special offertory for our uncle . He is some that know people and people turned out to celebrate the gift of life,another chance God gave him to live . After, offertory in few minutes we were done with church service . Then we headed to my uncle place for reception.His friends and invites joined us in his compound .

While at my uncles compound canopies were set and chairs for people seat .It was a short program talks encouraging him and the family.After, foods and drinks was served for people to dish and eat .There was a lot of varieties of foods and drinks for people .

After, various group from the church were drumming while singing .It was a joyful moment celebrating life .At 5:30pm, I left my uncles home and headed to my place .The distance is not that far .I took a bike rider to drop me beside my house.From there I took a walked to my place for security I don’t like bike riders to know my place . My country is bad and you don’t know who is who.

When I arrived home was very tired and exshauted my husband and the kids already heated food and they were eating .I chatted with them for while ,freshened up and called it a day. It was a great Sunday as we had the opportunity to celebrate my uncle’s life by giving thanksgiving service .To show gratitude to God as he saved him from serious gunshot attacked by gunmen. We pray for more Strength and God protection over him and for us🙏🙏🙏.
