This computer shop is located on College Road, Basurhat Bazar, Companiganj Upazila, Noakhali District. To come here, you first have to come to Zero Point of Basurhat Bazar. From Zero Point, you have to come to College Road by rickshaw or on foot. You will find Refon Computer on the south side of the road, which is College Road. This shop is a very traditional and old shop. Here you will get all the computer accessories and printer accessories and all the digital services including CCTV cameras, routers and laptop servicing.

This shop has numerous computer accessories. Coming here, I bought two products that I needed, which I am sharing with you. The first is that I bought a mouse for my desktop computer and I bought a Netis router for my home. So I have arranged the local currency and Steam prices of this mouse and router purchase in a table below, you can see it.

I found the prices of the computer accessories in this shop to be quite affordable. Because, I searched the products I bought on Google, which are about two to three hundred taka more than here online. In addition, products are available here at a slight discount from the company's fixed guide rate. According to the shopkeeper, they cannot give any discount from the fixed price in the company's showrooms, but he is a retail shopkeeper and he tries to sell goods at a low price for the convenience of the customer. For that reason, he gives affordable products to the customers at a low profit. The shopkeeper believes that it is not only about looking at his own profit, he also wants to keep in mind whether the customer benefits.

➮ How would you describe the quality and appearance of the items in the store?

The quality and appearance of the products in this shop are really good, because no duplicate copies of the products are sold here. The shopkeeper tries his best to ensure customer service, so he does not sell any duplicate or duplicate products here. So I think the quality of the products he offers is definitely good. Moreover, I have bought many computer accessories from here in the past, all of them have been very good quality products. Besides, this shop has no bad record that this shopkeeper has sold any duplicate or copy products.

I chose this particular shop because there are five to six other computer accessories shops in our upazila town. I find this shopkeeper to be the most honest shopkeeper and he offers high quality and branded products at affordable prices, which are basically not available in brand showrooms or even online. In fact, this businessman is trying to maintain this reputation and honesty by keeping in mind customer service and long-term business. In continuation of that, I also like this shop. Because customers come to this shop after visiting other shops and stop by and buy his products. Because after seeing the shopkeeper's behavior and the quality and price of the products, there is no other option but to buy from here. So in continuation of that, I also like going here, so I chose this shop.

➮ How was the customer service and environment of the place?

I really like the environment and service here. This shopkeeper provides customers with specific products according to their needs and for the convenience of the customer, he also takes online payments. Apart from this, he gives good advice to the customers, keeping in mind that the customers do not have to spend extra money unnecessarily. I liked this the most. Moreover, since all the shopkeeper's products are software-based, no separate memo needs to be given at the time of sale. The cash memo is sent to the customer's mobile number and later the warranty of the products is mainly confirmed through that number. The shopkeeper is basically trying to keep or start this digital service and digitalization of his shop in line with the digital age.
