The Diary Game: Preparing Electronic, Frying Corn And Shopping 04/08/2026

Steemit greetings to you all my fellow steemians,it is another episode of my diary game, I'm about to share about my diary game of 4th August,2026,it was very good and nice,I hope that you people had a great time doing yours too.
So let me use this opportunity to welcome everyone as i'm going to share in phases, morning, afternoon and evening.

My morning was different entirely as I woke up, there was electricity light in the compound,so I switched on the wall socket and the there was current in the extension socket, so I plugged my television and it didn't screen out.
I wonder what would have been the problem,so by 8 o'clock AM,I took my bath and dressed up, took the appliance to the repair store,i was lucky enough to met with the repairer,i gave him the television,told him what was the issue.
I was there as he started to loose the bolt and nods ,I assisted him losing the bolts and nods, what gave us stress or hard time was the climb that hold the television screen,so we were very careful to removed it gently to avoid damage, when he finally opened it, he discovered that the power cable had an issue,so he started working on it,i was still there waiting for him, there was another issue that was more important than the power cable,the power board was damaged inside,when the repairer check it and what would have caused the damage,he discovered that,it was through the process of hanging it on the wall, that the bolts they used to tide it to the wall was long and it was scrolled in side,so that action break the power board, which stop current not to pass.

After that moment,he told me the price of how I will repair the television,the price of the power board,the I took a snapshot of the power board,so that I can take it to were they are selling it.

In the afternoon,I felt like eating fried corn,so I checked my kitchen and discovered that there was dry corn that I bought,so I brought it out,sock it into clean water,add a little salt in the water and allow it for 1 hour, to allow the water and the salt content enters it,so when I was through with it,I kept it for that one hour time.

When it was exactly an hour,I filtered it from the water, allow the water to drained out,i set up my cylinder, bring out my frying pan and started frying my corn 🌽.
It was only two sections,when i finished it,i bought groundnuts and add to it,it was a nice lunch to me and my neighbors because I shared to my fellow tenants and my landlady.
The funny thing was that, some of my co tenants called that,"Manpower" corn and groundnut.
That was how my afternoon look like.

I was at home,so one friend of mine, call me to confirmed if I need dry fish, that a lady that used to sale it have it new,so I said yes and immediately,i went there by that hour of 5 pm, when i arrived at her Shop,i saw beautiful dry fish of different sizes,big and small,even those ones that is being tied in a polythene bag,I made choice,of what I saw,then to confirmed that I was at the shop,I took snapshot of those fishes, and even my selfie at the moment.
Coming back home,I took my bath,find what to eat and ate,then go in side the bedroom and relaxed before sleep comes up.
