The Diary Game: Resting, Rocking My New Look And Cooking Oha Soup (01-05-2026)

I found myself stuck in bed this morning, it's worker's day and atleast I get to take a break from work and thankfully, it's weekend so I'm just going to relax and unwind and resume work on Monday. The sweetest part of the break was that no one was left out, even my husband was also at home and he took care of the morning chores while I relaxed for the first time since the week began.

Breakfast was served on bed and I got up to brush and shower before I ate. I didn't like my look so I decided to engage my stylist and luckily, she was free so I booked her for home service. By 11am, my hairstylist was in my home and she came with two hair extension though she picked the brighter color for me and asked that I change my style from using black hair extension all the time and try out a different color and it looked so good on me that I had no regrets of trying it out.

When I was done with the hair, I rushed to chair for a short women meeting and upon my return, I served lunch of Oha soup and fufu. We went to the parlour to chill after lunch but sleep fast caught up with me and I slept off in the couch but my daughter came to disturb that I got pissed and went to my room, locked the door and had a good nap. I heard the door open but I was too lazy to stand up but when I woke up later, I realized my husband had gone out with our daughter and I was left alone at home.

I planned to pick a fight once they're back but I was surprised with lots of goodies that immediately locked my mouth and I couldn't execute the plans I had. In the evening, I asked my husband to pluck coconut so I can prepare rice with it for dinner and I joined him to check out the ones that were useable. My husband had argued because I knew he wasn't ready for the task but he didn't have a choice as I kept persuading him.

Dinner preparation began and I was locked in the kitchen for hours, I served the meal when it was ready, took my bath and had my rest while surfing the net. I saw testimonies that made me shed tears of joy, a lady birthed triplets after years of mockery in marriage. That made my night and because it was worker's day, I also took a break from blogging.
