THE DIARY GAME: SUNDAY PALAVA [14/06/2026]

Hi steemians, Sunday gist from @mana20. Sit down let me tell you what happened today.

So I woke up very early today, I ironed my clothes, sprayed perfume, then kept it to go take my bath, NEPA took light early today so I bathed cold water. It was not funny though. I got to church on time. First miracle already.

When I got to church then drama started. Our choir was supposed to minister but the keyboardist was late, pastor kept buying time with announcements, few minutes later they guy came running inside then went straight to the piano, the choir was able to perform, it was such a great ministration. The pastor preached about patience today , I felt like he was looking at me cause I bought a biscuit when I got to the church so that I could eat it low-key, I was just waiting for him to look away so that I could put it in my mouth. Later on it was offering time, I only had 50 naira on me so I dropped it and prayed nobody saw it. After service rained started and I was not with umbrella, I have to run from bus stop I was soaked the whole time

I got home, changed, ate rice and beans my mum cooked. I don't know why every Sunday everyone cooks rice white or jollof or white rice and beans, it's just like its a tradition. I can beat my chest and say that 90 percent of people cooked rice today. So I ate slept and later in the evening I was just home reading a book called PREPARING GOD'S PEOPLE FOR LEADERSHIP. When I'm done with the book I will tell you guys about it. Just chilling in the night with my blue light.Thank you guys for your time. Hope your Sunday was great.
