The Diary Game: Enjoying My Day With My Neighbor's Kids And. A Rainy Evening [04/08/2027]

Good day everyone, @megareigns is back again to share his diary. I never believed a day would come when I'll be begging to have a rest from work, let's get into how it all began. This morning, I woke up to lots of messages from people who are interested in joining my steemit tutorial class but before I attended to them, I had my daily devotion, brushed my mouth and also took my bath. While attending to them, power was disrupted and I stepped outside to sit at the balcony and continue with my class.

While I was sitted there, my neighbour's kids came around to play with me and I told them to give me some minutes to round up with the activity at hand and I'll be with them. I told the individuals who messaged me for class what the needed to know before going off to rest but as I went off, my phone began to ring and I had to beg them to give me few minutes off to rest. I used the few minutes I had to have a chit chat with my little friends, took pictures and then had my breakfast. I went to buy beverages for breakfast and saw an apple which caught my interest, I bought a portion for one thousand and ate them after breakfast.

At 11am, my session with the newly onboarded steemians began and I took them as usual on a tutorial on the next step from the previous session we had and in an hour thirty minutes later, I dismissed my class, shut down my phone and had a good rest. I woke up in the afternoon with a strong feeling of hunger but had nothing at home, I went to a nearby store and bought something to snack on, I returned home and began to check my socials to catch up with the notifications I had.

I had a call from my sister and I remembered I had promised to send her a little token to support her transport to work so I didn't pick because I thought it might be the reason she called. I sent her the money when the call ended before returning her call and she told me of one of aunties who just passed away. I felt really sad about her passing. I couldn't put myself together to handle the second session of my class for the day so informed my students about my loss and they understood and sympathized with me.

Towards evening, my twin brother returned back from work with a nylon that contained corn and asked me to fry it so we could eat as dinner. I poured the corn into a bowl, sprinkled water into it and poured a little quantity of salt into it and stirred it and left it outside for about thirty minutes before I fried it. I asked my brother if he had the news of the demise of our aunty and he said he would rather not talk about it. We had other discussions and while at it, it began to rain with no signs of a bad weather. I ran to the backyard to unhang my clothes and took pictures of the rain when I went back outside.

As someone who's allergic to cold, I went inside and put on my sweater and socks and began to see a movie and when I checked the time, I was already some minutes past 7pm so I took out my waste bin to dispose it and when I returned, I took my bath and came here to tell you how my day went.
