Diary Game: [1/05/26] The Day I Begged Mom for Meatballs Till She Accepted.

Good evening my lovely steemites, Happy New month to everyone and welcome to another episode of my diarygame from yours truly @zorromusk.
As at 10am,I started my disturbance to my mom telling her let's try something new by making meatballs in the house. "Mummy, let's do meatballs today..Like those YouTube people." She said " Are you sure you are going to like it? Do you have the patience for it to be properly done?. I said with excitement "Yes mummy I will have patience". I washed plates, swept kitchen, even ironed her wrapper without her asking. By 1pm she said " "Go bring that frozen beef from freezer. If I start and you don't finish it, I will break your head". African Mothers and their funny threats. Operation Meatball started.

The frozen beef from the fridge.
It wasn't a new thing to my mom. First she bring out the beef almost 1kg and told me to grate them. I used grater my knuckles ached so bad. She chop onions, small fresh pepper, garlic and grate carrots.

I was so excited taking these pics.

Labelled Ingredients she used.
Everything entered bowl.
Then she break 2 eggs, pour milk small, add Maggi, thyme , curry, small salt.

Brilliantly Mixed everything together.
She mix everything with hand.

"Make Sure You Wash your hands before mixing" She says.
The smell alone made me so hungry. She rolled them . ball by ball not too big, not too small. I counted everything.

The sight alone made me hungry.
She heated it, she made use of medium heat. As each ball enter oil ,"shhhhhhh" sound. The kitchen smell like Christmas.
We ate it with white rice.
Soft inside, small crunch outside, sauce sweet-sour-spicy...mmmh yummy.
My dad that said he wouldn't eat much finished 6.
I told my mom "Mummy you suppose have YouTube channel" She laughed.
She said I should help her work on it.
As Am writing these my belle is filled up, kitchen messy and my heart is happy.
Begging work , Sometimes you need to wash plate and grate beef with your own hand to eat like abroad children.
Now let me go and wash the pots before she starts complaining.
African Mother's are the best.
Stay Tuned for more vibes from @zorromusk
