Assalamu Alaikum friends, how is everyone doing? I hope you are well. I am also very well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today, I have come here to participate in a wonderful Steemit challenge competition organized by @josepha. The topic of this challenge is SLC31-W4: Shop & Share Challenge - Restaurant or Food Vendor. So, let's not waste any more time and get started.
1. What is the name and location of the restaurant, food shop, or local eatery?
Bogra, Bangladesh is a famous area. Therefore, there are various high-quality restaurants there. Among them, I have chosen Siam Hotel and Restaurant. Today I will take you to one of the most popular restaurants in Bogra city, named Siam Hotel and Restaurant.

This is a popular restaurant, and all kinds of kababs are available at a low price, which is why everyone comes here and gathers. It is located inside Bogura city. To get here, you need to take an auto rickshaw from Bogura city and go to in front of Siam Hotel and Restaurant. Many people come here to eat at all times, and there is a large signboard outside the restaurant that is illuminated at night.

A few of us friends had gone out to play in the morning. After the game, everyone was quite hungry, so we thought of going to a restaurant. We went there, sat down, and ordered breakfast in the morning, which is my favorite food, called paratha. It is a very popular morning item in Bangladesh.

3. How was the taste and presentation of the food? Also, would you recommend this food to others and explain why.
Paratha is a popular breakfast in every city. But the different types of recipes in this city seemed more appealing to me. That’s why we enjoyed this food there. A total of 6-5 of us went there, so we each ordered according to our preferences; some ordered paratha, while others ordered khichuri. Normally, in the morning, people just have paratha and khichuri.

There’s nothing much to suggest; everyone eats paratha + khichuri in the morning. Since giving advice is a part of the rules in this competition, I would say that those who are not used to eating these can try these foods, and I hope they like it.
4. How was the customer service and environment there?
Each table has a separate waiter, and they try to provide the best service to the customers. There were five of us in total, so we had one waiter at our table who always helped us and served all the food exactly as we requested.

They are very popular among everyone for their trust in customers and excellent service. Inside, the glasses and plates on the table were beautifully arranged. Also, the khichuri was served with one onion and two chilies, and the interior environment was very clean. The chairs and tables are modernly arranged so that the customers feel comfortable.
5. Do you think the price of the food is reasonable? Why?
Since it is a Siam Hotel and Restaurant, various types of food are sold here. I think the prices of the food here are appropriate considering the restaurant's environment. They are not very high, because they try to provide high-quality service and are ready to offer all kinds of services according to customers' needs. That is why I think the price of food here is reasonable.

6. Give suggestions to improve a restaurant, food shop, or local food store.
This restaurant is a popular one, so I have spent some time here and observed the interior. After eating, there is a large basin inside for washing hands and face. The interior is very clean. There are fans in various places inside and some nice lighting decorations, which are lit at night.

To ensure no one feels uncomfortable on hot days, air conditioning is used inside the restaurant. There is a large cash counter inside the restaurant where you can make payments. You cannot pay via online mobile banking as this service is not available here; instead, you can pay directly with money. I think this is a good restaurant. Such a business needs good workers who are always neat and ready to serve customers. Most restaurants are proactive to attend to their customers.
