Assalamu Alaikum, how is everyone doing? I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I am bringing you a review of a pharmacy shop. A pharmacy shop is a collection of different types of medicines which is very important for us. Every day, someone in our family falls sick, which is why we always need a pharmacy. Here, you can get all kinds of medicines that help cure our illnesses. Pharmacies are very important in our lives because, after Allah, they play a crucial role in saving lives. Pharmacies are set up with the needs of people in every village, town, or area in mind, making them really important for all of us.

1.➤What kind of service zone did you review? Where is it located? Give a brief description of the service zone.
✔The service zone I reviewed is a pharmacy shop. This pharmacy is located in Bokshi Bazar, in the heart of Bogura city. The shop is neither too big nor too small. Being a pharmacy, it has all kinds of local and imported medicines, and the medicines here are always of good quality. They always sell good quality medicines keeping the patients in mind. Another thing to note is that they do not want to give any medicine without a doctor's prescription. Since this shop is located within the city, the owner keeps all kinds of medicines here for the convenience of the people, especially selling imported medicines. Often, patients struggle to find imported medicines for later use, but thanks to this shop, they can easily get the medicines they need.

✔The facilities at this pharmacy are really good because you can get all kinds of medicine here, especially since they sell foreign medicines, which are very beneficial for people. The shopkeepers treat customers very well and they arrange all the medicines neatly for the customers. There are no issues when taking the medicines. Also, even though this is a pharmacy shop inside the city, they do not charge any extra money from people for medicines. They sell medicines at affordable prices so that everyone can buy medicines from their shop, which is helpful for the local people. All the medicines in the shop are of good quality, and customers are very satisfied buying medicines here because they can always easily get good-quality medicines. Often, it is seen that people have trouble getting good medicines from other pharmacies, but this pharmacy is made keeping people in mind, so the nearby residents benefit.

I have been sick for a long time because I have a lot of stomach pain and fever. The stomach pain is mainly due to gas, so I have been taking gas tablets and medicine for the fever personally.

✔This pharmacy is very popular in the inner areas of the city. There used to not be any good pharmacies around, so people in this city had to face a lot of difficulties in emergencies. They had to go to the big market in the area to buy their necessary medicines. As a result, they faced many problems. Often, it was seen that when it was very late at night, they couldn't get any medicine, which made people's illnesses worse. But now, with the construction of this pharmacy, the local people feel very comfortable because they can get their necessary medicines from here, and many times it is seen that even at night they can get medicine from here. People are quite happy to have a pharmacy like this for their own needs.

4.➤What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in the emergency service area? Please give a brief summary of your opinion.
✔We always get service here because it is a pharmacy that is essential and important for our daily needs. I think the customer service in the emergency service area needs to be improved a bit. Some arrangements should be made here to provide initial treatment first. Especially if there is an experienced person or a specialist doctor here who can provide quality treatment, it would be better for this place. Also, this pharmacy is very good and has all the necessary equipment, but sometimes if a sudden major accident happens, there is no initial treatment available, so I think if an MBBS doctor is needed in this area, this pharmacy would be suitable for that.
