Yesterday I tried something myself, I held my breath for about a minute and then I felt that if we could not breathe then our life would end and it was so much suffering that it is probably impossible to explain. We receive many blessings from Allah. But we do not thank Him properly. I think if you have received the blessings of Allah, then you must be grateful. You are alive in this world, you are living such a beautiful life. All these are but an infinite blessing from Allah.

There are some people among us, you will see that when we get sick again and again, we get annoyed and get annoyed and keep asking Allah, why do you make me so sick? Is all this sickness created for me? This is a blessing from Allah, you are getting sick because Allah loves you. Allah hurts the one whom He considers His beloved servant the most. So if you ever get sick and get into trouble again and again, never deviate from the path of Allah. He may be testing you and has something for you that you have never imagined.

Alhamdulillah, I have seen a new morning. I woke up at five in the morning. I got up early and got ready to pray. As soon as I went outside, I saw that it was raining heavily. What else to do? First, I took an umbrella and performed ablution. Then I prayed and spent some time on the prayer mat. Then I completed some tasks on my phone. While I was working, I didn't realize when it was eight o'clock. I got up early and started doing household chores. The amount of rain had decreased a little.

What can I say about these few days? It's been the same for a long time. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it's sunny. Due to this, the condition of the human body is getting much worse. There are fevers and colds. Among them, there are also various types of allergy problems. I myself also have allergy problems. I have seen many doctors, taken many types of medicines. Now I am thinking about it again. I have talked to another doctor. I will contact him, God willing, and see what happens.

After finishing my morning chores, I came home after cooking and it was raining, but the heat was not a bit less. A little later, I saw that the sun had risen. After the sun rose, it felt so hot that it was impossible to explain. Anyway, I took a bath, prayed Zuhr, fed my son, and went to bed without eating because my body was not feeling well. After that, I couldn't sleep either. Then I took my mobile and did some work. After a while, I fell asleep. I woke up a little after the call for Asr prayers, got up, performed ablution, and prayed.

Even then, they wanted to eat something, so I ate it with a small amount of Chanachur Muri. Then I took the medicine again because I had not taken the medicine for lunch. A little later, the Maghrib prayer was called and I sat down to study with the boys. When their study was over, I came and prayed and fed them at night. Then I went to bed because my body was feeling very sick and like this, I spent another day of my life. I don't know, but I wish everyone the best. May everyone be well.
