SLC31-W2 | THE GREEN JOURNEY | Green Palate.

Assalamu Alaikum, everyone. Greetings and welcome to the second week of my learning challenge today. Today, I have developed a recipe for the second week of the 31st episode of the learning challenge. Vegetables are very beneficial for our bodies. First of all, I would like to thank our beloved @bijoy1 and @muzack1 brother for selecting such a beautiful topic and allowing everyone to participate. I really like eating green vegetables and like most walking around in green nature. Today I cooked vegetables with shrimp and fish in a mixture of different types of vegetables.
You all know that we need to eat enough vegetables to benefit our bodies. Such green vegetables are very beneficial for our body and increase immunity. If we eat green vegetables, many types of diseases are eliminated from our bodies. Also, each type of vegetable contains a different type of vitamin. Due to which our body remains healthy. I really like to eat vegetables and cook them in different ways. However, today I will share with you the processes in which I cooked vegetables.
Ingredients ---
Various green vegetables.
Shrimp.
Onion, garlic.
Green chili.
Red chili powder.
Turmeric powder.
Cumin powder.
Coriander powder.
Salt to taste.
Soybean oil.
Chopped coriander leaves.
The first step in cooking preparation--
- I have prepared all the ingredients for cooking and cut the vegetables into size.
The second step in cooking preparation--
- You can see that I have put all the ingredients in oil and cooked them well in the oil. Then I will add the vegetables and cook them in this way in stages.
The third step in cooking preparation--
- When I put all the ingredients in the oil and cooked them well. Then I added the cut and washed vegetables. I mixed all the ingredients well with the vegetables. Then I boiled them with the right amount of water.
The fourth step in cooking preparation--
- When the vegetables were cooked, I served them in a bowl. The color of the vegetables was beautiful, and they were very tasty to eat. Such vegetables are very beneficial for the body. If you want, you can also cook and eat them in this way.
Final Looking
- I arranged the prepared recipe on a plate. Then I gave my name ID. I gave the date I made it today. I presented the recipe to you in its complete form. I hope you like it.
- We all should eat vegetables. Vegetables are very beneficial for our health. If we eat vegetables regularly, then our body will be healthy, and diseases will be less. So everyone, young and old, should eat such green vegetables.

- I cooked it with shrimp and enjoyed it. It was tasty, which you can also make and eat. I especially like green vegetables. And because it was cooked with shrimp, it had a wonderful flavor that I really enjoyed eating.
