I will share with you the review of a shop from the fourth week of the 33rd episode of the Learning Challenge in detail. Now moving on to the main stage ---

The name of the shop that I am going to share my review with you today is Rokmari Toy Shop. It is located at Barabazar Ghata in our Cox's Bazar city. The name of a shop in the New Market of Cox's Bazar city is Rokmari. This shop is famous for its children's toy shop. It is located on the main road of Cox's Bazar city. Due to this, it is very easy to travel to various shops.

There are many shops in New Market, among which the various shops are very big. There are toy shops with different items. There are various types of showpiece items. In other words, this shop is located on a very large corner. This shop can be reached by various types of vehicles. Especially since it is located on the main road, due to which there is very easy transportation. The electricity system of this shop is good. The staff is good. The shop is controlled by CCTV cameras.
In your community, what is the most common occupation, and why is the occupation important to your community?
The most common occupation in our area is business. Especially various types of shops, game shops, hotels, restaurants, and clothing shops do such businesses. Moreover, there are a small number of people who are involved in agricultural work. However, earlier, most people were involved in agricultural work. But as the days change, the profession is changing. Some people go abroad. Some people are involved in various types of professions.

Those who are a little better off financially do this type of business in the city. The most beautiful business here is a cloth shop, a variety of Modi shops. Cloth shops, tailoring shops, and children's toy shops. Such businesses are more common in our area. Since there is foreign income, there are opportunities to invest a lot of money. Due to this, such businesses are very common.

What tools or skills are used in the occupation that people in your community do?
Some of the communities in our city are mainly engaged in agriculture. Agricultural work does not require much skill. Good results can be obtained with a little training. Some modern equipment is needed here. Cow plows and some modern equipment are provided with government assistance. These are very useful in agricultural work in the modern era.

Moreover, some people are skilled in sewing. Sewing training is enough. Sewing is done with a sewing machine if you have experience. You can earn a lot of money by sewing. And in the case of the businesses that are done in our community, if there is money to invest in the business, then you can do a very good business. The business requires expertise in the work that you will do.

If you are experienced in that subject, you need to have the ability to invest money. Then you can run a very good business. That is, they prepare themselves for the work for which they are experienced.
Tell us the challenges people are facing in this occupation
The community of our village in our city is engaged in various professions. One of them is agriculture. People face many obstacles while doing agricultural work. Especially, they do not have enough training. Moreover, the equipment that is supposed to be supplied by the government is not in sufficient quantity. Due to this, they are stuck in agricultural work. Now that the modern era requires electricity for digital sewing machines.

When people go to work through digital machines or current machines, there is not enough electricity supply. Due to this, there is an obstacle to work. And those who do various types of businesses and run shops in the city also face various obstacles. For example, during the rainy season, there is not enough sales due to which they have to face losses.

Those who have shops in the city can do a lot of business well when winter comes. Because a large number of tourists come to the tourist city of Cox's Bazar in the winter. Business is at a very good level during this time. During the other seasons, there are not many sales, due to which there is a high possibility of loss in business. Even if there is no loss, they can make less profit.

The shop I reviewed is a toy shop. There is a considerable demand for such shops in our community. These businesses have a very good impact on our community. If a business is done well, then the family of that person runs very well. When a good organization goes to a good level, it can affect the social infrastructure of that place.
I also bought this battery-powered car for my baby.
When a business goes to a good level, others also express interest and rush towards that business. When a business goes to a good level, I see that others also express interest in doing that business. Everyone expresses interest in the same business. Then the economic situation of that place changes. The area develops. The social infrastructure changes. The family status improves.
