Today's recipe is very delicious, so I thought I would share the recipe with you. It is very hot in Bangladesh. And this summer, watermelon is available in large quantities in the market. And in this summer, everyone in the family should drink more and more water. And along with water, eat plenty of water-based fruits and vegetables. And watermelon is a very juicy and water-based fruit. So eating this fruit in this summer is very beneficial for the body. But one thing is true, many children do not want to eat watermelon because there are many seeds in watermelon. So I think if this watermelon pudding recipe can be made at home with a little effort, then all the children will have a lot of fun eating it.

Required materials

Watermelon
Sugar
Chia seeds
Agar Agar powder

Step-1

First, I peeled the watermelon and cut it into small pieces.

Then I put the watermelon in a blender jar and blended it well to extract the watermelon juice.

Now I strained the watermelon juice and mixed it well with the watermelon juice, adding a generous amount of sugar and agar agar powder.

Now I put the pot on the stove and kept stirring continuously. When the watermelon juice thickened, I took it off the heat, cooled it a little, and poured the mixture into a cup. Then I washed some chia seeds with water and sprinkled them on the pudding. When it cooled, I kept it in the normal fridge for some time to cool. Then it was time for the dessert.
