The Diary Game: (08/05/2026) _ A Blog On How I Visited My Former Place Of Work For The Second Time

Hello pookies it's your girlie chiamaka okoronta known as @chiamakag on this wonderful platform, trust y'all are doing good and well. So today I decided to pay another visit to my former place of work again, because I'm not gonna lie I've really missed them while in school. So I got up today did all my necessary duties, ate my breakfast and left the house in excitement. In less than 20 minutes I reached the school and I started greeting each and every staff in the school, before proceeding to a classroom of a teacher I cooperated with so much while I was working there. Immediately she saw me she was filled with excitement and gladness and after much pleasantries she gave me some books to help her write before I left, and I didn't hesitate I started writing immediately.

After I had finished writing for her, I noticed the pupils in the school rushing out from their different classes, after hearing the sound of the bell and when I asked I was told today was their sports day and the reason they where rushing out was because they were so happy to come out for sports today. I watched them while they did their sports and trust me it was really fun to watch them doing their sports. They were all wearing their sportswear while having their sports, and after some time they rang the bell again and this time it was telling them that sports was over and all of them went back to their different classes. I really had fun watching the children play and have some fun.

After watching them have their sports, I went back to the teacher's class to see what else I can help her do before leaving, then she told me that a pupil in her class is having her birthday today and that she needs my assistance, organising class birthday parties while I was a staff in the school has always been a fun-filled thing for me to do, so I didn't hesitate I started helping her out. We started by decorating the table to be used with a white lace, then we proceeded by arranging the cake and drinks on the table. After that we started by inviting the celebrant to the table and her classmates were there with her and we all together sang a birthday song for her before she proceeded to cut her birthday cake, and I took some pictures of the celebrant and her classmates.

The pupils danced with the celebrant for a while and finally it was over, and the pupils in the class rested for a while, and soon it was pick up time, parents started trooping in to pick their children and wards in school. Each pupil had a party pack that was given to them by the celebrant's parent's and the kids all went home with their party pack while going back home. I also went home with a party pack given to me by the teacher, I finally reached home and remembered I needed to cook for my family, so I hurriedly prepared and cooked and finally I was done cooking, after much stress today I decided to rest very well today.
