The Diary Game: My Day Today - Food, Market & Church Keyboard 🎹 [17/06/2026]

Greetings to everyone on steemit and welcome to another diary session with @kingfavourite77. So today i want to be sharing on how my day went today.

Today thursday morning. I wake up early and go to my friend’s mother restaurant. The restaurant is close to our house in Lagos. When I enter, I smell hot eba and egusi soup. Mama see me and say "my son, welcome". She give me good food with meat. The food is very sweet. We talk about school and NYSC. Mama say next time she will give me discount because I am her son friend. I eat well and my stomach is full. It is a good start for my morning .

After we eat, my friend say we should go to market to buy foodstuff. We reach Yaba market around 10am. There are many people and noise. I help him carry basket. We buy rice, beans, garri, onions and pepper. The market woman want to sell for high price but my friend know the price well. We talk small and buy at good price. I like market because I see many people and things. My leg is tired small but the walk is good for me.

By 4:00pm we went to church. Today is my turn to play keyboard for praise and worship. I sit down and my hand shake small first. But when pastor say "let us worship", I start to play. The choir sing well and people dance. Playing keyboard make me happy and I forget my problem. After church, pastor thank me and say "God bless you my son". I feel happy inside. Music is my gift and I thank God for it.
