The Diary Game (08/06/2026): Rainy Morning, Steemhop Fun, Blood Sisters Season 2 & Delicious Homemade Meals

Thank God for another day. It rained heavily in my area yesterday morning, how about your side? It was a cold morning for me, alongside the chilled breeze that I found it difficult to stay warm. So, I helped my self with a bottle of alcohol, took a few sips while enjoying my Steemhop game. You all know it's the beginning of a new season and I want to keep up regardless of anything. The rain, cold, steemhop, and my alcohol drink all made the start of the day a unique one.

Before I forget, there's this corn I harvested from our mini farm at home during last weekend (31/05/2026) and it's still fresh. I intend using it to prepare beans and corn combo.heheh!!!!. I don't think I will be making a post on that though..because it's going to be a practical cooking not something I normally do😂. This week I'll find time to carry out this practical on this combo.

With the morning rain, I already know that today would be a dull one, up till 10:00am this morning, the sun is not up yet. Today, I won't take coffee rather a few body stretches would do, to shake off the morning cold and get the day started properly.

After that, I brush my teeth and freshened up. I had pap and bread for breakfast, though it was light and I enjoyed it but this combo has a way of making me feel sleepy in the morning. Reasons, I don't take it often. What a slow morning!!😂😂😂

Seeing the movie (Blood sisters Season 2

I finished watching the movie Blood sisters season 2 and I can say new characters were added which expanded the story and added more layers to the plot but it seems that's where the problem is? Some of the cast nailed their roles effortlessly. They also really did well trying to portray the prison scene to be realistic.

This scene really cracked me up cause Nancy was like "Waiting be this"😂😂😂😂....

Beyond everything I think the biggest strength of the story is the sisterhood bond, like after everything they went through they were still able to fight through together and that for me is the heart of the story and I think they were able to pass that message effectively.

What a way to kickoff the month.
I spent time watching that movie though, it was actually worth it. I decided to have my lunch. The weather was still cool and calm from the morning rainfall. I enjoyed my lunch while taking a break from my screen.

When I was done eating, I engaged with few old friends via phone calls. A good way to connect with friends, and this helped with brightening the day for me.

I had delicious jolliof rice for dinner.
