The Diary Game: 15th June, 2026. Going To The Market To Shop And Going To work
It's your girlie, @tabitha10 and here today, I want to just tell you how the day was. One of our cousins visited on Sunday and I was just getting to know when I came back from church. So, I went to the market to buy few items so that soup can be prepared.
We do not joke with our visitors. So, when I came back home, everyone joined hands and we cooked the soup. I told my mum to just relax because she has been cooking for us these years. So, I and my siblings went to the kitchen and cooked the soup?
You know the soup we prepared? Afang soup and yes, that's one of the most popular soup in Nigeria and you can find it best prepared here in Akwa Ibom state. I am an Akwa Ibom babe and so, I know definitely how to cook afang soup.
When we finished cooking, I arranged the kitchen while my siblings helped served the food to mum and other of our siblings. And also, they served our visitor, my cousin. While everybody were eating, daddy prayed for all of us and it was a refreshing time.
After we finished eating and I took the dishes to the kitchen, I spent time there to wash the plates. It was when I finished that I took mop to mop the tiles so that the palm oil that splashed on it while we were cooking won't stick to the floor.
After that, I had a Very cold bath and left the house to go and give my staff money so that she can use it for the day's transactions. The girl is really trying for me and I am hoping that before she move to school, I will be able to have money so I could support her with few things.
When I got to the shop, she was resting, I dropped the cash and decided to attend to customers while I allowed her to rest. It's not easy attending to customers alone, especially in a very busy area like this.
When I left the shop, I took my bath and I ate the afang soup I dropped at my room when I finished, I went to my bathroom and I took my bath. Later, I had a little conversation with my cousin before going to bed.
