Terimakasih teman terbaik ku, kalau ada kesempatan aku selalu ingin ikut berpartisipasi, ya anda benar mata ku memang butuh istirahat lebih banyak.
Hari ini aku juga masuk angin dan juga kolesterol naik, mungkin gara-gara aku makan sedikit udang, sekarang aku juga sangat pusing kepala
Sayang sekali kadar kolesterolmu naik. Mungkinkah itu disebabkan oleh stres?
Aku tidak tahu apakah makan udang sedikit sekali saja bisa membuat perbedaan sebesar itu. Dan rasa pusing itu juga bisa disebabkan oleh hal lain, seperti: nyeri leher, penglihatan kabur, kelelahan, masa menopause, kurang minum air, kekurangan zat besi dalam darah...
Sebenarnya aku sudah lama tidak makan udang, akan tetapi beberapa hari yang lalu suamiku membawa udang yang lumayan banyak dari kerambak, aku membuat beberapa masakan olahan dari udang, peyek dan juga kuah tumis serta goreng biasa .
Aku makan beberapa peyek udang pake cabe rawit dan akhirnya pas malam kolesterol ku mulai terasa, paginya penglihatan agak sedikit kabur dan juga air mata yang lengket.
Aku agak kepayahan saat berkendaraan pergi kerja, dan malamnya aku baru minum obat penurun kolesterol, Alhamdulillah sekarang sudah mulai membaik.
