Collector Surabhi Udyan is a historic, picturesque, and highly popular recreational park located in the heart of Rangpur city. It is a wonderful spot where both local residents and tourists can enjoy their leisure time. The park is home to between 500 and 600 trees, comprising a variety of native, exotic, and medicinal species. It features excellent walking paths, over 30 benches, and attractive gazebos for resting. Exact address: Poura Bazar Road, Radhaballav, Rangpur City, Bangladesh. You can travel directly to Collector Surabhi Udyan from anywhere in Rangpur city by easy-bike or motorized rickshaw.

Stepping into the park evokes the feeling of being in a tranquil, green forest. Spanning approximately five acres, the area is filled with hundreds of diverse trees—such as Akashmoni and Debdaru—creating a cool, shaded environment. Seasonal flower gardens are found in various parts of the park. It serves as an excellent sanctuary to escape the city's noise and the fatigue of a hectic life. One of the park's most prominent and prestigious features is the memorial monument—or mural—erected in honor of the martyrs of the Great Liberation War. There are also visually appealing walkways.

Generally, there is no ticket or entry fee for Collector Surabhi Udyan; it is open to the public completely free of charge. However, a nominal fee may apply for using certain rides in the mini children's park. The park is open to visitors on specific days of the week—Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays—from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With its lush greenery and aesthetic ambiance, Surabhi Udyan is an excellent spot for influencers, couples, and general visitors to take photographs.

Its noise-free and safe environment makes it an excellent place for a family outing. It is a favorite spot for the younger generation to gather and socialize or take beautiful photographs. A special attraction of the park is the dedicated children's area—a mini-park featuring swings, slides, and seesaws. A key tip for visitors is to verify the opening schedule beforehand, as the park is open only on select days of the week.
