The service zone that I will share with you today is a pharmacy. It is located in our Bhai Bhai Market. Nowadays, there are several pharmacy shops in every market area. And it becomes very easy to review all of them. And the name of this shop review that I will share with you today is Shafi Medical Hall. It is located right next to our road. It is a very old shop and is very well known. Its exact date is not known but it has been established here for a long time.

➤What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service,item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

Various types of medicines are available here. Especially since all these are in front of the market, there is a lot of buying and selling here. All types of medicines are available here. In addition, there are some first aid facilities and everything else is available here. Apart from that, there is another owner here, the owner who is there always handles it. But sometimes if there are more customers, then it is seen that both of them work in an equal rhythm.

➤Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

This is a small pharmacy, there is no big system here. Only medicines are sold here and some first-year medical items are available. Which are then done. Also, blood pressure is measured. And there are no other facilities here, so it can be said that as a pharmacy, everything is maintained here. This is basically the main goal of this pharmacy, if there is an emergency, it is sent to the hospital. Such small pharmacies do not have such a system.

➤What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone?Share a brief description of your opinion.

Sometimes shopping is done from here. However, it is seen that the updated collection or the collections in different variations are not available here. These types of medicines are not available there. Also, they sell medicines at a discount to regular customers. However, in this case, it is seen that every customer who is a regular customer here buys from here and in this regard it can be said that it is very convenient.

Also, I think it would be very good if the necessary items needed to handle any emergency situation are always available here and a small chamber can be kept. So that this emergency situation can be taken care of here since it is a shop in the market area.
