Today I am here to participate in a wonderful Steemit challenge competition organized by @mahadisalim. The Topic of this challenge is SC-S33/W2- "Explore and Review"- Shopping malls and brand outlets.

On a bright afternoon, after performing Friday prayers in congregation at the Babul Huda Mosque, I headed to one of the largest shopping centers in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. It was Friday, July 24, 2026, and I planned to do some shopping at the only mall in the city a place once nicknamed the Petro Dollar city. This shopping center is housed within the Suzuya Mall Lhokseumawe building.

A familiar landmark to the local community, the mall occupies a highly strategic location in the heart of Lhokseumawe. It sits at an intersection near the post office, the Lhokseumawe Mayor's office, and the Lhokseumawe City Council (DPRK) building. Its strategic position makes it easy for anyone to find. Suzuya Lhokseumawe is one of the department stores located within the mall complex. The mall itself is a large building hosting various department stores and retail outlets ranging from TimeZone and Gramedia to Suzuya itself and other shops.

Inside, one can find a variety of outlets offering food, beverages, household goods, school supplies, and fashion items. The selection includes everything from food, vegetables, and fresh fruit to household products, cosmetics and personal care items, fashion (men's, women's, and children's clothing), and home goods. The Suzuya department store area is quite spacious, and the merchandise is consistent with that found at other Suzuya locations across Indonesia.
The product displays are arranged neatly and uniformly throughout the store, making it easy for visitors to locate the items they need. The lighting throughout this major shopping center is excellent and well-suited to each area. Prices are standard and affordable for all demographics, comparable to those at other department stores; however, some items may be slightly cheaper, especially during sales or discount periods. For visitor convenience, Suzuya Mall also provides various other amenities, such as a prayer room and clean restrooms.

ATMs from several regional and national banks are available on the ground floor. Parking facilities are also ample, accommodating both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Parking fees apply based on the vehicle type: IDR 5,000 (equivalent to 7.01 Steem) for four-wheeled vehicles and IDR 3,000 (equivalent to 4.2 Steem) for two-wheeled vehicles. This afternoon, I bought fresh green grapes for IDR 51,000, or the equivalent of 71.53 Steem.

Suzuya has beautifully described the experience of visiting the mall after Friday prayers. The description of Petro Dollar City in Lhokseumawe and the location of the mall make it clear how conveniently located the place is. It is clear from your description that the well-organized arrangement of various essential items inside the mall and the use of proper lighting make the shopping experience easier for any shopper. Adding the steam calculation to the parking fee and shopping cost has given additional clarity to the matter. Moreover, buying grapes has created a natural shopping atmosphere at the end of the entire trip.
