The Dairy Game: [ 28/07/2026] from cooking in the kitchen/cleaning the Grill/Assisting in Bakery.

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @goodness. In today's episode, I want to kindly share with everyone how my day went and I hope this adds more flavour to how yours was.

I woke up feeling so tired and weak today. Although I slept very late the previous day because I stayed up late to Watch a football match between Argentina and Cape Valdez.
I dragged my weak self to the bathroom to brush and freshen up. When I was done, I dressed up and went to work.
I got to work and the first information I heard was that there's an order of 50 packs of Turkey rice, 50 portions of fried plantains, 50 portions of snails and croaker fish. The pick up time was 12pm. I knew it was going to be a long day.

I started with beef rice. I quickly put my pot on Fire and commenced cooking immediately. I added my oil to it, when it was hot enough, I went in with my onions and peppers mixed and fried everything. I added my seasonings, washed my rice and put it in the pot. When it was almost ready, I added my beef with veggies to it. I then allowed it to steam together before serving it.

The next thing I made was salad. I quickly set my white chopping board. In the kitchen Settings, we've different kinds of chopping boards for different purposes. When making salads, the Best one is always the white one. I brought out all the items. My Cabbage, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, sweet corn etc. I portioned everything in the plate as it should be and served it.

I was barely done making the salad when my boss asked me to set up the grill. I quickly went downstairs to set it up but I met the grill in a very bad state. The person that grilled the last set of Asun meat did not clean it up when he finished. He left the Ashes and the Charcoal inside of it. To make Matter worst, the grill was outside and rain has been falling on it all these while. I cleaned everything up.

I came back to the kitchen to commenced preparations for the order. I handled the washing of the snails myself. I washed it carefully with lime and alum. I put it on the fire and I seasoned it. When it was ready, I fried and sauced it.

While I was handling the snails, my colleagues were doing some other things and in due time, the order was ready and we served it.

At that point, I was already so exhausted. I had my breakfast.

When I finished eating, I strolled to the barking section to assist.
I actually joined them this time by offloading the Bread from the oven.

The whole process wasn't that easy as I almost got burned but thanGod nothing happened.
I finished with them and returned to my department.

I prepped for tomorrow's productions.

I ate my night food of white rice and stew.
I signed out of work and went home.
