A day out in Sonamarg, the meadows of Gold.

I love traveling with my friends, and whenever we get the chance, we make sure to go somewhere together. Since all of us work either in government departments or private companies, we do not get many opportunities to travel. Still, whenever we find some free time, we always try to make the most of it.

A close friend of ours, who works in the hotel industry, got married recently. After his wedding, he invited us to visit him at the hotel where he works in Sonamarg. Sonamarg is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Kashmir, attracting visitors not only from different parts of India but also from many countries around the world. It is a truly magnificent place with breathtaking scenery and a peaceful atmosphere.

When we visited Sonamarg, we stayed at the hotel where our friend worked, which made the trip even more enjoyable. In this video, I have shared a few glimpses of the place where we stayed and some of the beautiful locations we explored. These clips will give you an idea of the wonderful experience we had during our visit.

Sonamarg, often called the “Meadow of Gold,” offers spectacular views in every season. We visited during the autumn season, in the month of November, when the weather was quite cold and the landscapes had a unique charm. The golden hues of autumn combined with the surrounding mountains created unforgettable scenes. I tried to capture some of these moments through my camera, and now I am pleased to share them with you.

I hope you enjoy this video and get a sense of the natural beauty that Kashmir has to offer. I also hope that one day you will have the opportunity to visit this incredible region yourself.
