On my way returning from school after the examination, which ended in the evening, I stopped at Ikoye Store and bought biscuits and a mineral water from the store before heading home.
Introduction
Ikoye Store is the name of the small shopping mall, and it is located in Lafia on Gimare Road, which is the road that leads to the Federal University of Lafia in Nasarawa State. The business is a newly established business in the place, which is the reason why the shelves are still looking empty.
Ikoye sells a lot of products which the most commonly seen products in the store being breads, biscuits, sweets, drinks, chewing gum, grocery items, and toiletries. As a new start-up business, some products are lacking in the store.
External and internal environment
From the picture, we can see how clean the place looks. There is a gate at the entrance of the place that is painted in white colour, and also inside the place looks very beautiful, as you can see how beautiful and colourful the shelves look.

The store is neatly arranged with products inside, and there is light in the store because the store operates both in might hours, and it makes use of solar energy to power the light when there is no NEPA light. The atmosphere and everything about the store is perfectly okay.

The store sells quality products at affordable prices compared to the neighbouring stores around the place. For the biscuit that I bought in the store, it was sold to me at ₦100, which is equivalent to 1.,5 STEEM. There are no special offers or seasonal discounts at the store because the store is still a newly established store.
Customer service
The customer service of the store is fast and reliable. The person seen in the image is the owner of the store with one of her staff, known as the store assistant. The moment I entered the store, I was attended to, and there is a high level of cooperation in the store, and the quality of service in the store is also high.
Brand uniqueness
What makes the store different or popular compared to others is that it is a newly established store that everyone wants to shop from and have an experience of what shopping in a new store looks like. People are attracted to the store because it has good customer service and the design of the store looks good.
Amenities
The store has a small parking space, and inside the store there is an inverter that powers the store with light. The inverter is connected to a solar panel, and there is also light and refrigerators inside the store that are used for cooling drinks and water.
Own shopping experience
I bought biscuits and a mineral drink from the store, and the reason for buying them was that I was too hungry and I needed something to eat. I was famished while heading home, so I had to buy and eat a biscuit before reaching home.
Good and development aspects
I like how portable looking th store looks, how neat it is. Also, I would like the store to improve its external environment by making sure that the outside of the store also looks good.
Recommendations
Everyone is free to shop at this shopping mall, especially low-income earners who can't afford to shop in an expensive supermarket or shopping mall. I recommend this store to everyone because it is a clean store and it sell products are way cheaper compared to others in my town.
