Assalamu Alaikum, I am Labiba sultana. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. The topic I’ll be discussing today is one of the lovely restaurants in Uttara—The Royal Garden—which was quite the talk of the town for a while.

This restaurant offers buffet dining and spans two floors: the lower level is dedicated to the buffet, while the upper level features a rooftop area. We—a group of school friends—chose this venue to meet up after many years. It struck us as an excellent spot for taking photos. The restaurant opened in 2025; due to the high volume of visitors, a booking system was implemented. When visiting the restaurant now, you first have to pay an entry fee per person. We went there for lunch—there were six of us.

From any location, get off at the Uttara Abdullahpur bus station and head to the 10th floor of Poloyol Shopping Market; you will find their reception there. Uttara Sector 8, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Prices here are slightly higher compared to other restaurants. Regarding food quality, it was merely average; the food could have been better considering the price point. Their menu features Indian, Chinese, Thai, and barbecue dishes. The cost comes to around $5 per person, with the minimum price for a meal starting at 600 Taka. The menu appeared to be well-organized. For their buffet, the price is 1,299 Taka for adults and 650 Taka for children during lunch, while dinner costs 1,499 Taka for adults and 750 Taka for children.

I really love kebabs and try them whenever I get the chance; seeing them here, I couldn't resist ordering some. My friends ordered a platter, biryani, and snacks, and we got Pepsi to drink. I tasted everything, and while I found the food to be just average, it certainly wasn't bad.
