My Dairy Game: Family, Inspiration & Music 🪘[07/29/2026]

Hello Steemit Family🧡🎉 Welcome to Another Episode of my Dairy Game. ❣️ It's still me, your music producer/artist @luvboii067 and I'm happy to share my activities today with y'all.

I woke up this morning feeling blessed. We do family prayers everyday by 5am, so I joined my family. It ended around 8:20 AM. After prayers I still went back to sleep because I had enough time.

I slept till around 10:20 AM I really enjoyed my sleep. The weather was cold and I almost slept for extra hours, but I had to get up and start my day. When I woke up I noticed my mom had already gone to the market. She left early so the rain wouldn't catch her. Then I just stood by the window to check my environment.

When I looked through the window I was like "oh no, not again"😅 Because it has been raining every single day here in Nigeria. I was worried because I know the wahala rain can cause. I was just praying my mom returns before it starts. She spent quite a long time in the market. But the cloud still looked amazing, so I stepped outside to my balcony to get a clearer view.

I love the view from my balcony. I just stood there for over an hour, just breathing fresh air 😊 the breeze was too sweet. So I went to get my lyrics book from my living room, came back outside and started writing. That was the perfect time to write because the breeze was literally dropping lyrics into my head 😹 I wrote some dope songs. The kind nature itself will appreciate.

After about 35 minutes, I saw mom coming back. I ran down to help her carry the things. She bought a lot of food stuffs and I helped arrange them in the kitchen. Then she changed and went straight to cook breakfast She prepared pepper soup rice with chicken. It took time but it was worth it. We all sat and ate together. That hot pepper soup matched the cold weather perfectly.

After eating, I took a warm shower because I was freezing 🥶 the shower took like 34 minutes because I made the water really hot. After that I went back to bed. I said I'd rest for a few minutes but I ended up sleeping till around 2 PM. The weather was too cozy. When I woke up I needed something to do so I won't just waste the whole day. Luckily NEPA brought light.

Once light came, I grabbed my laptop and started producing. Y'all know I'm a music producer/artist/songwriter. So I spent the day cooking up my "Luvboii Afrobeat signature sound" hehe.

Before starting, I got Inspiration from my favorite artists. I played Tems- "Crazy Things". Jeez that song is smooth she's one of the most talented female singers in Africa 🌍 She doesn't just represent Afrobeat, she represents Africa. Her vocals are angelic. After that i played "Free mind". The production was fire. I love how punchy her kicks are, and her melodies too. I heard she's also a producer and I was like "no wonder her music sounds different". There's just a different aura when an artist produces their own song. Listening to her and other artists always makes me better.

I kept producing with that Tems vibe. Time flew and it was 2:30 PM. I helped Mom pick beans for rice and beans. While she was cooking, I went back to my bedroom studio to continue working. This wasn't a "Tems Type beat". I wasn't selling it to anyone. It was for me, so I tagged it "Luvboii sound signature". I just used her vibe to create my own unique sound.

Then I heard a knock. "Food is ready" I jumped up and went to eat. The rice and beans was extremely delicious.🤤 😋 After that I rested for a few hours.

Before we knew it, it was already night. We were confused about what to eat 😅 we just settled for cereal with plenty milk for dinner and it tasted great.
