What kind of Service Provider Zone have you visited? Briefly introduce it.

The service area I visited was the Deleshwar to Jurain boat dock, a crucial boat crossing point on the banks of the Buriganga River. This boat dock is primarily used for transporting people and goods from Deleshwar to Jurain by river. Every day, numerous passengers travel from one place to another by boat or launch. It serves as an easy, fast, and affordable means of communication, especially for the local people.

The basic services available in the ghat area include ticket collection, boat rentals, passenger pick-up and drop-off facilities, and some small shops. Apart from this, there is also an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the river, which makes the place more attractive. There is a walkway for tourists to sit on the banks of the river and enjoy the beauty.

The workers of the factories built on both sides of the river use small boats to commute. Many employees of the company I work for use this waterway. I sometimes come here to travel by river. It is located in the Shyampur area of the Buriganga River in Dhaka, the capital of our country. Boats can be used for crossing at a very low cost and in a short time. The Bangladesh Inland Waterways Authority manages the river ghats.

How were the services and history both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos)

Inside the ghat, there are mainly designated areas and stairs for passengers to get on and off. There is a facility to rent boats or trawlers here. In some places, there is a ticket system, and sometimes the fare is fixed by talking directly to the boatman. There are temporary benches or canopies for passengers to sit, but they are not very advanced. Although the security system is not very strong, some rules are followed locally. Boats operate from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm every day.

Outside the ghat, there are usually small shops, tea stalls, food stalls, and stalls selling essential items. Rickshaws, autorickshaws, or vans are easily available for passengers, which travel from the ghat to the surrounding areas. Apart from this, some places also have parking facilities. I buy a glass of cold water and drink it.

The Buriganga River is a historical river in Bangladesh, which has been the main means of trade and communication in Dhaka since ancient times. Many river ghats have been built on the banks of this river, of which the Deleshwar to Jurain river ghat is one. In the past, when road communication was not so developed, such ghats were the main means of transportation for people. Many people still use this river route, because it reduces both time and cost. The important trade of the capital Dhaka by river is still carried out by river.

Apart from this, tourists travel by boat on an hourly basis. Sitting on the riverbank, you can see a beautiful view of the sunset. There is a separate passenger transport system for the workers of some large factories in the vicinity through this river ghat. There is some risk in sailing boats from this river ghat because large launches and ships sail through the river. Small boats often cause major accidents due to carelessness.

What services did you go there for?

First, I went there for a river cruise. It was really enjoyable to cruise on the Buriganga River. The cool breeze of the river, the waves of the water, and the surrounding scenery were very calming. I especially enjoyed looking around and enjoying the beauty after the boats went into the middle of the river.

A place for passengers or tourists to rest

Secondly, the boat trip was my main attraction. I rented a boat after talking to the boatman and spent some time in the middle of the river. This trip shows the lifestyle on both sides of the river and the beauty of the city. It is very scary but also enjoyable when the boats pass next to the big launches.

Thirdly, I went there to watch the sunset in the afternoon. Watching the sunset from the middle of the river is incredibly beautiful. When the reddish light of the sun falls on the water, the whole atmosphere becomes very peaceful and magical. I took a few pictures of the sunset on my mobile.

Share your 24-hour experience & Show there management system.

There is a lot of activity in the ghat area in the morning. People cross the river for work. Small boats and trawlers ply regularly on the Buriganga River. Boatmen transport passengers by serial. The fare is usually fixed or negotiated. The crossing is usually done by spending 5 taka or 0.8 Steem. There are fewer passengers in the afternoon. The number of passengers increases in the afternoon as offices are closed. In addition, arrangements are made for tourists who come to travel on the river in small boats in the afternoon.
