Steemian Friends,
“Sweet Nation,” located in the Chashara area of Narayanganj, is not just a sweet shop for me, but a place of joyful experience. This shop is like a small paradise for sweet lovers in the middle of the busy city. The first time I went here, its beautiful decoration and clean environment impressed me. In 2018, an entrepreneurial company named Green Bell Dairy first opened an outlet. They sell sweets at the outlet called Sweet Nation, which uses milk produced on their own farm. Its entrepreneur is Fakhrul Islam Rahad. Currently, there are a few outlets in Narayanganj and the capital, Dhaka. I have marked the location of the sweet shop, Sweet Nation, below using the Steem-atlas pin code.

As soon as I entered the shop, I was struck by the attractive display of various sweets. Each sweet, including rasgulla, sandesh, laddu, chamcham, and black jam, was so beautifully arranged that I wanted to eat it. Not only traditional sweets, but also some modern desserts are available here, which are very popular with the new generation. The color, smell, and presentation of the sweets were all done with great care. The sweets are kept in a hygienic environment with transparent glass jars. A name banner is placed in front of the outlet.
When I bought sweets from “Sweet Nation”, I was very satisfied with their service. The shop staff was very polite and sincere. They patiently explained to me about the taste and features of different sweets. This made it much easier for me to choose. As a customer, such sincere service is really commendable. The sweets have the name Sweet Nation on the wrapper. There is a facility to pay online and offline. The salesmen wear the company’s own T-shirts.
In terms of taste, the sweets here were simply amazing. I especially liked the rasgulla and black jam. The rasgulla was soft, juicy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. And the black jam was soft inside and slightly hard outside, which was very interesting to eat. Also, their sandesh had a completely different taste, which melted in your mouth. There is a small table to buy and eat sweets. The outlet has been illuminated with electric lights to enhance its beauty.
Another good aspect of the shop is its cleanliness. The entire shop is kept very clean, which is very important for a food place. This creates confidence in me as a customer that the food is prepared and served here in a hygienic manner. The price and name of each sweet item are given next to it, which makes it easy for the customer. The entire outlet is air-conditioned, and security is monitored by CCTV cameras.

I bought sweets with my Steemian friend @sojib1996 and ate them at the outlet. We leave the office together every week to review Steem-atlas pin posts. Today, we also eat sweets together at the sweet shop. Today, we eat a sweet called "Holod Sandesh". The sweet item was very delicious. Sugar and milk were mixed in the sweet.
Here are three very popular and traditional sweets from our region.
- Rasgulla:
Rasgulla is one of the most famous sweets in our country. It is made from soft rice balls and soaked in juice mixed with sugar. A good rasgulla melts in your mouth. It is full of juice, so it is very tasty to eat. Rasgolla is most popular at weddings, birthdays, or any happy occasion.
BlackJam:
Blackjam is dark brown or black in color, and its taste is a little different. It is a little hard on the outside and soft on the inside. It is fried in oil and then dipped in sweet juice. The specialty of black jam is its mild taste, which makes it different from other sweets. Many people prefer black jam over rasgulla. Its price is comparatively a little lower.Chamchom:
Chamchom is a very traditional sweet. It is oblong in shape, and sometimes grated coconut or kheer is spread on top. The inside of the chamchom is soft and slightly grainy, which is very enjoyable to eat. Tangail's chamchom is particularly famous, but good chamchom is available in our capital, Dhaka.
I prefer to buy sweets from official shops. Because official shops have some advantages: First, cleanliness is usually maintained here. Everything from the food preparation area to serving is done hygienically. This makes it safe to eat sweets. Second, the quality of the sweets is good. The shops use good ingredients and try to maintain the same taste. Third, many types of sweets are available here together, such as rasgulla, black jam, chamcham, sandesh, etc. So it is easy for me to choose according to my preference.
