Hello Steemian friends!

Welcome to the third week of the 32nd season. Our third week: "Today's Writing, Tomorrow's Memories"— Health Diary: The competition is about to begin. Throughout the week, we will be listening to your health stories in your diaries. Hopefully, as you can see from the title of our competition, we want to preserve your health memories for the future through diary writing. Read the rules we have given and start participating. Remember, beautiful writing is always attractive.

A health diary is a personal document where daily health-related information is written. It usually contains information about food intake, amount of water consumed, exercise or physical activity, sleep time and quality, weight, personal hygiene, and physical condition. It can also mention the time of taking medication and health changes if someone is sick. A health diary helps a person monitor their lifestyle and develop healthy habits. By writing a health diary regularly, it is easier to maintain well-being and be aware of the improvement in one's health. Other writers can become health-conscious by reading your health diary. Below, we are sharing some examples of health diary types with friends.

A Healthy Diary is a written record of your health and daily habits. It usually includes the following items:

  • Food list – what you ate in the morning, afternoon and evening.

  • Water intake – how many glasses of water you drank during the day.

  • Exercise – time and type of walking, running, sports or other exercise.

  • Sleep – when you slept and how many hours you slept.

  • Physical condition – how your body was, whether you had any illness or pain.

  • Mood – feeling good, bad, stressed or happy.

  • Healthy habits – washing hands, brushing teeth, eating fruits and vegetables, etc.

  • Goals and progress – goals set to maintain good health and their progress.

Example:
I ate fruit and milk this morning. I drank 8 glasses of water. I walked for 30 minutes in the afternoon. I slept for 8 hours at night. I was in good health and in good spirits all day.

You can write about your personal health and give health advice to friends. You can share stories of your trips to hospitals or health centers in your diary. Remember, clean and organized writing will help your health diary score the highest marks. Also, avoid excessive selfies, repetitive writing, and grammatical errors. Write in short paragraphs. We are eagerly waiting to read your health stories.


Rules for writing a Health diary

✔ The Health diary must be from June 7, 2026, to June 14, 2026. Diary entries outside the above dates will not be accepted for the challenge.

✔ You must have at least one photo of yourself in the diary. If you provide more than two single photos of yourself, the quality of the diary will be reduced. Multiple group photos can be provided.

✔ The health diary cannot be written on one topic. It must include the activities of the entire day.

✔ The Health diary entry must be at least three hundred and fifty words.

✔ A user can write a health story on any day of the week in the diary challenge. The date must be within the above dates.

✔ The beauty of Health diary writing will be given the utmost importance.

✔ No editing of the image is acceptable.

✔ You must add your own photo of the health activity as proof.

✔ Of course, the images must be your own. Images taken from AI and source-linked sources are not acceptable.

We request that you encourage other writers by commenting on their diary entries. A mark will be given for commenting on at least three writers' diaries.

✔ The post should be written on your blog or Steem For Lifestyle community.

✔ Submit your entry link under this post.

✔ Vote and resteem this post.

✔ Promote on social networks like X and add the link under your post.

✔ This contest will be open for 7 days starting on Monday, 08 June, 00:00 UTC, and it will close at 11:59 pm UTC on Sunday, 14 June.

✔ Tags to be used: #healthdiary-s32w3 among the first three tags, #steemexclusive #thediarygame, club, and your country. If you set it to null, use the burnsteem tag.

✔ Those who do not use the correct tags for the blog engagement challenge will not have their posts reviewed.

Es muy interesante hablar de nuestra salud, pero lo que no entiendo ¿porque debo visitar un hospital? si gracias a Padre Celestial y al cuidado de mi mamá estoy sana.
Con hablar de lo que hago para cuidarme del acné, tomar vitaminas, reemplazar el refresco por jugos naturales sin azúcar creo que es parte de la salud.
