Assalamu Alaikum friends, wishing everyone good health. I am happy to participate in the fifth week of the Steemit Challenge Season 30. Although I do not like sweet food, the rest of my family likes sweet food. Here is the list of ingredients I used for the sweets made with sabudana:

Raisins7/8 pieces

Step-1: First I collect all the ingredients, after collecting everything, I boil the liquid milk for about 20 minutes. Then I cool it. I mix the custard powder with a small amount of cold water. Then I mix it in the cold milk and heat it well. Then I mix the condensed milk and sugar. Then I mix it very well and boil it for a while until the milk thickens. Then I let it cool again.

Step-2: Now I heat water in another pot. When the water is hot, add the sabudanas and boil them. Once boiled, drain them and drain the water.

Step-3: Once the water from the sabudanas is drained well, mix it well in the cooled condensed milk.

Step-4: Now I will cut the fruits to mix in the sabudana. First I cut the apples, bananas, oranges and then the dry foods (cashews, almonds, dates, raisins).


Step-5: Once all the fruits are cut, I first put the sabudana mixture in a beautiful serving dish, then mix all the cut fruits and dried food in it, keep it in the fridge for some time and then serve. This dessert is more fun to eat cold, so I keep it in the fridge and serve it cold.

Yes, I have made this type of dessert with sabudana before. I really liked it, but since I made it for the second time, I have reduced the amount of sweetness in it this time because my father has diabetes. However, I made this dessert according to your instructions, following each step. I really enjoyed making and eating such a dessert.

★ Sabudana contains a lot of sugar, so it provides quick energy to all of us. This is more important for young children. For those who feel weak or tired for some reason, sabudana sweets are a good or ideal food that provides a lot of energy.

★ Sabudana is a light and easy-to-digest food. So eating it is very beneficial for illness or stomach problems. It removes hunger.

★ Sweet desserts made with sabudana help cool the body and stomach. This helps in sleeping well. Eating desserts made with sabudana on hot days provides comfort.
