SLC33-W2 | The Real Video Vlogging Adventure Challenge,E2|
Dear friends, I hope everyone is well, I am also very well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I'm finally here to participate in the Second week of Season 33. This week's content is very simple and very good for us. I must thank my dear @alejos7ven & @nevlu123 friends who have organized this competition in such a wonderful way. And we'll start seeing a thumbnail and answer the questions
Dear friends, the main topic of this contest is video blogging. And based on this video, four questions have been given, the answers to which need to be provided through pictures or photography. So before I answer these questions, I first want to upload my video of making that video for you. Watch my video first, and then see my answers to the questions.
Why did you choose this topic for your video vlog, and what makes it special to your local culture or personal experience?
For my video blog, I’m telling you all why I chose this place. It’s a place that is really beneficial for ordinary people. Through this video, I want to let everyone know that such good food for ordinary people isn’t available everywhere.

Through the video, I want to show everyone that it’s for regular people, and they are self-interested individuals. I want them to be able to see and explore through this video. As part of the local culture, they prefer to eat this kind of red wheat bread, which is useful for everyone. Also, personally, I’ve been coming here from time to time and I enjoy eating red wheat bread.
What were the most interesting moments or challenges you experienced while recording this vlog?
I can answer the question by sharing something interesting here. By making this video, the time I got to spend was truly amazing. Clearly, if I have to say, this place isn't very nice in terms of the environment. But you have to understand what the food really is and its quality. On our side, such food isn't available in good restaurants for a hundred years.

Because they are a bit wealthy and rich, they don't like to eat these. They always prefer things like packaged snacks and street food like vada pav. While making this video, I was truly fascinated watching the shopkeeper make the bread. You’ll be amazed to see this method in the video. He pours the red flour very nicely and mixes it perfectly with water.
What new knowledge or experience did you gain while creating this video, and what would you like viewers to learn from it?
I learned two lessons from doing this video. Which I would not have been able to find in other places because there is so much to be learned in inferior places. Out of them, I will say two beautiful lessons, one is for business purposes and the other is for customer purposes.

The first is the purpose of the business. This is a lot of income from a business that we can't even imagine. We are often unemployed but by buying 40 kilograms of flour. If you sell from morning to afternoon during the day, you get about 2 double profits.
The second is for the customer. Even though we have money in our pockets, we don't want to go to a big restaurant and eat unhealthy food. Sometimes the place is unhealthy, but the food is healthy. As customers, it should be learned that we prefer to eat healthy food, even if we don't see it with our own eyes.
Based on your experience, would you recommend others to explore this food, market, or cooking style? Explain the reason for your recommendation.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend coming here, and there are many more dishes like this here that you find at other places. I would say this place isn’t as clean and tidy as a restaurant, but in a restaurant, we can’t see how the food is being made right in front of us.

Here, it might seem like the place is unhygienic, but we can actually see the cooking process with our own eyes. Also, the most important thing for us is that red wheat bread is extremely beneficial for the body. So, I would tell my audience to come here and enjoy healthy food.

Feedback / Note
Hello @memamun ,
You have beautifully presented a street food stall to us through video vlogging.Such street food is actually very tasty. However, although it may not be good for the body in many ways. But it seems very unique. There is nothing like this in our area. Anyway, it was quite nice to watch your video blogging.Thank you.Best of luck for this challenge.
Regards,

I got a good idea from watching your vlog video about the red flour bread shop at Jelkhana Mor in Bogra. This arrangement of healthy food at low cost for the common man is really different. Although the shop is not as clean as a restaurant, seeing red flour bread being made in front of your eyes and its nutritional value is very important. The way you have highlighted the profit and loss aspect of the business by calculating 40 kg of flour shows that you have observed the matter deeply. Getting 300 grams of red-flour bread with free dal-bharta for 30 taka is quite affordable for the common buyer. I think that consuming such nutritious local food is much more beneficial for health than the delicious but unhealthy food of big restaurants. The experience of eating while watching the visual cooking process always gives a different satisfaction. Best wishes to you in this contest. 😊

I am very happy to know that this interesting red wheat bread is available in this small shop. This special food is very tasty and fun to eat with pulses which you have shown through the picture. However, such food is also available in our Dhaka city, but flour bread is usually available here. However, it is possible to satisfy your hunger without hesitation by eating this special wheat bread. Grateful and thank you for sharing your beautiful journey and daily food habits. Here I wish you success.
