The Diary Game // 10th May 2026 // Day-to-day review on healthy eating
Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. And I will share with you some of the responsibilities I had that day.
Every day I wake up, offer the Fajr prayer, and then sit in class. I spend time in class and drink a little water like this to get through it. However, I felt a bit hungry, so I took a pack of biscuits from my stuff and ate it.
After spending the morning like this, I attended class until eight in the morning, and then I told my colleague brothers that we would go outside. I didn't feel like eating the food they served at the madrasa yesterday morning. But I did feel like having some bread early in the morning.
So around eight in the morning, we went to some shop. To be honest, it’s not that kind of fancy place where the parathas are supposed to be really good. Instead, they make bread from red wheat right on the sidewalk by the roadside. But it’s tasty and healthy.
The environment for eating bread isn't the same for everyone. Since I am a teacher, I have a certain respect and self-esteem, but there isn't a proper place to eat there. People don't have a separate spot there; many end up eating standing or sitting, surely.
So, my brother and I brought some taste and lentils to the madrasa. Then, Roki, you were much bigger, because here there were about 300 pieces of red, each with a weight, and that's how they sell them. This time, I ate that bread with lentils.
You might be able to understand the matter from the picture because red wheat bread is very important for those who have diabetes. It’s even more important for them, and rural people used to eat these a lot, and people in the past consumed them much more.
Anyway, after finishing my meal, I went straight to sleep, and when I woke up in the afternoon, I had a thousand with me. My daughter brought it from Cox's Bazar tourist center and gave it to me, so I just ate a little now.
In the afternoon, I ate some bread, so I wasn’t very hungry at lunch. That's why I said I would leave the lunch for later and eat it in the evening. After putting the food aside, I went to class at 2 o’clock and finished class around Asr prayer time.
After finishing the prayer, I came straight to my room without delay and tried the food I had left from lunch. I found the food really tasty, and it had some sauce, so I really liked it. Now I have eaten.
After finishing eating and drinking, we rested for a while, performed the Maghrib prayer, and passed the time like this. Hope everyone stays well and healthy, we’ll meet again some other time, Allah Hafez.
Thank You Everyone For My Post Reading
