SLC29-W5 | Fast Food Recipe : Chicken Jhalmuri Recipe.
Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope you are doing well by the grace of Allah. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to you with a very wonderful recipe post. I have posted a recipe before. It has been a long time, so today I am going to participate in this recipe post again. Actually, I like participating in competitions. So I try to participate in different competitions at different times. I like posting recipes because I really like making recipes. Today, I am going to share a recipe for Chicken Jhal Muri with you. Because this is part of today's competition. I had a lot of fun making the recipe and enjoyed it with my family. So, I have basically shared with you how I made this recipe, the ingredients and how I did it in detail step by step below. So let's get started.

| Turmeric Powder | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Chili Powder | 1/2 Tablespoon |
| Cumin Powder | 1/3 Tablespoon |
| Coriander Powder | 1/3 Tablespoon |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | 2 Tablespoon |
| Salt | As needed |
First I took a bowl of muri and a cup of chicken. Along with that I took a cup of boiled potatoes and 5 small boiled potatoes. Then I took 5 green chillies, soybean oil, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. I have mentioned these in the above table in the quantities. I hope you can understand when you see my table that I have made the quantities clear.
Then I first took soybean oil in a pan. When the oil was a little hot, I dropped the onion slices in it. After stirring the onion slices in the oil for a few seconds, I added the chicken.
Then I cooked them for a while to change their color. In between, I added the boiled potatoes to the paste. After a while, I left the boiled potatoes in between. After cooking for a while, I added coriander leaves in between.
Then I served them in a bowl, along with chopped green chillies and tomatoes. Then I mixed the muri and this mixture together in a bowl.

I shared the recipe with my family with great joy. Everyone in my family liked it very much. We are a family of 4, everyone liked this recipe. We enjoyed this chicken jhal muri with great fun. Actually, we really like eating jhal muri, and today's jhal chicken muri turned out to be amazing and tasted great.

Actually, I have prepared to make the recipe. I had all the ingredients in my house. I had everything in stock in my store, so I did not have to face any problem for anything. Since I had all the ingredients with me, I was able to make this recipe very nicely. Actually, Jhalmuri is almost eaten as a snack by us, so it is very popular and we have the ingredients almost all the time. Moreover, I added chicken meat, which I already had.
