Dear Steemian friends!
Assalamu Alaikum. I hope that by the grace of Allah, you are all well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, I am also very well and healthy. Today is May 1st, the Great Labor Day and Friday—a weekend day. I present to you a short account of how I spent this holiday and what I bought. So let's get started...!

My office day off means a little bit of sleep. However, since the office was closed today, I woke up a little late. After waking up, I freshened up, had breakfast, and sat by the window enjoying the rain. Then, when the rain stopped, I left the house to do some urgent work in the market and went downstairs.

On my way home from work at the market, I bought a packet of Lays Magic Masala chips for my little son. After returning home, father and son spent a lot of time playing games together downstairs, eating chips, which was one of the most peaceful moments of the day.

Since it was a weekly holiday today, Friday, a 'Khichuri Party' was organized at our house with our uncles. We started cooking by preparing all the cooking ingredients at 11:30 in the morning. The aroma of hot Khichuri rising from the holiday afternoon created a different atmosphere. Our Khichuri Cooking Before offering prayers, delicious Khichuri was cooked in a big pot.

When the call to prayer was given at the mosque, I quickly took a bath and went out for prayers. After the Friday prayers at the mosque, we all returned home and sat together and chatted and ate hot khichuri. It was a joy to sit and eat together with everyone. After eating khichuri with everyone in the afternoon, we all chatted together for some time. Then, after the chat, I took a long nap to relieve the fatigue of my body.

I woke up around 6 pm, freshened up and had a light breakfast. Then I went to my cousin's mobile servicing shop to change the broken UV Curved Glass of my phone. Since I also have a personal interest in mobile servicing, I sat there and watched my cousin's mobile servicing work and talked for a while. Then I replaced the UV Curved Glass of my phone and made the mobile like new.

At around 7:30 pm, I (along with my cousin's husband) went to Chashara in Narayanganj for shopping. Upon reaching Chashara, we both ate two hot boiled eggs from a shop on the footpath next to Shaheed Minar, which tasted amazing. Then we both went to a shoe shop on Railway Line No. 2 and bought two pairs of shoes of our choice. After that, we finished shopping and returned home at around 9 pm. Back home, we had dinner and ended the day by compiling the day's activities in a diary. Thus, a beautiful holiday passed with small joys and busyness.
