The service provider zone that I will discuss today is called Chittagong Railway Station. It is one of the busiest railway stations in Chittagong city. Every day, thousands of passengers travel through this railway station. Both intercity and local trains operate at this railway station. Recently, a train to Cox's Bazar has been added from this railway station. Cox's Bazar is one of the world's sea beaches. The launch of a rail connection from Chittagong Railway Station to Cox's Bazar has provided special convenience for travelers.

There is a clean water facility for passengers to eat and washrooms inside this railway station. The ticket counter of the railway station is less crowded with passengers due to the online ticketing arrangements.

This railway station is one of the main means of rail communication with the south-eastern part of the country. Trains to Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Dhaka depart from this station regularly. Some of the main intercity trains departing from this station to various destinations include Bijoy Express to Jamalpur, Sonar Bangla to Dhaka, Subarna Express, and Mohanagar Express to Sylhet. Several shuttle trains depart from this railway station every day for Chittagong University.

Chittagong Railway Station was built during the British rule. This railway station is quite old, which is known when you enter here. It is considered a traditional establishment of Chittagong. Although some development and modernization of this station has been done with the evolution of the era. Still, the red brick structure is still visible in this railway station. Which is an attractive place for visitors. Although official activities are carried out in the new building now. After entering the railway station, there is a ticket counter and a huge space. Starting from buying tickets, there are rooms according to the ticket category for passengers to rest.

There are various food shops including a mini library.I went to my home to celebrate Eid by taking the Bijoy Express from Chittagong Railway Station to Jamalpur. I have traveled to various places including Dhaka through this railway station several times before. Since I find train journeys comfortable, I prefer train journeys to travel anywhere. It makes me feel a little safe.Currently, this railway station has undergone some modernization. Each platform of the station has adequate lighting and fan facilities, which is very comfortable for passengers during the hot season.

I have traveled from Chittagong Railway Station several times. There has been some delay in the time schedule of various trains leaving the station during Eid. But at other times, every train leaving the station has maintained its schedule on time. Every time I have traveled from this station, except for Eid time, I have liked their service quite a bit. Moreover, there are enough porters after entering the station who will help you carry heavy goods against a certain payment. The cleaning staff on the platform is regularly cleaning the platform. So cleanliness is maintained in it.
