For this challenge, I visited a Water Transport Service Provider Zone, Gudraghat Boat Station in Gulshan-1, Dhaka. It was a boat journey from Gudraghat Boat Station (Gulshan Water Taxi Terminal) in Gulshan-1 to FDC Boat Station. This water taxi service is truly great for the peope of dhaka. You can come here for avoiding the city’s heavy traffic while enjoying a comfortable and efficient commute.

The jetty area was calm, clean, and well-organized. In the evening, the reflection of city lights on the water created a beautiful atmosphere. There is a small ticket counter beside the jetty where passengers can easily buy tickets. The seating arrangement was simple but clean and comfortable. Many regular passengers were using the service. The ride felt safe, and the movement of the boat was smooth.

The fare for this route is usually around 25 BDT per person, which is quite affordable considering Dhaka’s transportation costs. After getting my ticket, I waited a short time before the water taxi arrived. After boarding, I noticed that many passengers were regular commuters.
