Steemit Challenge Season 31 Applications || Our Surroundings: A Series of Real Life Experiences Sea, River & Ponds(21 April 2026)

INTRODUCTION

Hello everyone 😊
I am excited to participate in Week 5 of this challenge. Today, I will be sharing my personal experience about a stream in my village, which I visited this evening. Since I returned to the village last week Monday, I have been enjoying the calm environment, and this visit to the stream was truly refreshing.

NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE STREAM

The stream is surrounded by green vegetation and tall trees, making the environment very beautiful and peaceful.
In the evening, the setting sun reflects softly on the water, creating a calm and attractive view. The sound of the flowing water, along with birds and cool breeze, makes the place feel natural and relaxing.
Some beautiful features I noticed:

USAGE OF THE STREAM (Fishing & tourism)

The stream is very important to the villagers. It is used for different purposes such as:
💧 Fetching water for domestic use
🛁 Bathing
👕 Washing clothes
🎣 Fishing (some villagers catch small fish)
Although it is not a major tourist center, the natural beauty of the stream makes it a place where people can relax and enjoy nature

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

Despite its beauty, the stream also faces some environmental challenges:
1:Some people wash items and leave dirt around
2:Soap and detergents can pollute the water
3:Lack of proper maintenance
If care is not taken, the stream may become polluted in the future. There is a need for awareness to keep the environment clean

MY EXPERIENCE

When I visited the stream this evening, I sat close to the water and dipped my feet inside. The cool water and peaceful environment made me feel relaxed and free from stress.
It reminded me that nature is a powerful source of peace and happiness.
