Actually, to be honest, I had a great experience here because I did not get such service from a few restaurants around. Since it is considered a suburb, it is really amazing to me to get such a beautiful environment with such a beautiful service. You will never believe the environment here plus their service unless you see it with your own eyes.

What is the signature dish (or your favorite) of this place? Briefly describe its ingredients.

The most popular and my favorite dish of this place is the chicken pulao. It is made with chicken and pulao rice and various spices like onion, ginger, garlic and some of their secret spices. This effort is a bit long, but I learned from them that the chicken has to be prepared and marinated the night before, then the skilled cooks here will present you with a great dish with their hands and their experience.

If the owner gave you the opportunity to change the name of their most famous dish to something more interesting that describes its true taste, what would you name it?

If the owner asked me to change the name of their most popular dish, i.e., Rooster Polao, I would have named it Swaader Jadu, which means that there is some magic in it that can give me a unique taste. Yes, the dish may be ordinary, but their cook can make it so beautifully that you will feel like you have never had Rooster Polao before. It seems like the person who made it must have magic in their hands. So I think if the owner had given me the opportunity to name it, I would have named it Swaader Jadu.

If I were asked to rate them in the three categories of Taste, Service and Value, I would give them a 5 out of 5 for Taste. I would give them a 4.9 rating for Service and a 4.2 rating for Price. Because I think their prices are a bit high for the common working class right now, since their income is very limited, I think they can be made friendlier by reducing their prices a little bit.

If I am asked to improve this place, I would say that they should promote their restaurant properly. Because there may be many people like you who are not aware of such a beautiful place, maybe you are looking for such a place to explore, but you do not know that there is such a beautiful place right next to you. I think if they can promote it well through any channel. It can be digital or traditional. Reaching people is the main objective, if they can do it, I think that the quality they provide will quickly make a place in people's minds.
